Lovely and peaceful beach

Lovely beach, imagine it will be very busy on a nice day, have to get there early. Enjoyed a walk along it and views of the islands are great

A nice sand beach with great views to the islands. Better to go when it's low tide as you can walk around the point, but it is definitely a nice place to take the kids.

Had been here many years ago. Suprised to see the housing development out there but It was nice to see toilets and the wee trailer with tea and coffee. It was a bit chilly for us old folks but the kids had a great time. It would be really nice with sun, maybe the Tourist Board can work on that.... More

Sandy beach. Have to pay for parking. When we went unfortunately the water was full of sea weed and was impossible to swim. In fact, it would have been dangerous to try.

Lovely beach which seems popular with local families. There are toilets there and a caravan selling ice cream and refreshments. The cycle path and track start nearby and you can walk to a nearby village and castle.

Most of Oban and surrounding area is very un-touristy: they are left alone to be what they are. Here you are not going to find the built up board walks selling wares--although Oban is getting more touristy than I remembered it from a decade ago. Bizarre parking meters: they won't give you change, and boldly assert, "overpayment accepted." Never seen... More

Great beach. Clean with sandy sections. The water here is crystal clear and the views are quite extensive over to the western isles. Car park is pay & display with a toilets. When we visited there was a small van selling teas & coffees. Dogs allowed
