This is the most beautiful view on mountains from Scotland. You could stay hours to look around you as fabulous it is.

Glencoe mountain used just to be a ski area. The owners in recent times have turned it in to an all year round resort. Apart from access to the mountain via the chair lift, there is also a downhill mountain bike course. One graded blue therefore easier then the red and black graded runs. Meals are served all day till... More

It is Springtime in Scotland so the snow is gone. However, we visited Glencoe Ski Centre & rode the lift. Wonderful way to take amazing photos. The coffee shop serves nice refreshments. We had hot cocoa & a sweet treat. Nice!

Glencoe ski centre has one of the best conditions in Europe at the moment with record amounts of snow. The hill is still loaded and you can pick you own line as the usual runs run together. The small friendly staff are doing an amazing job pisting and patching up the access poma s uptrack. The present overhead is alpine. There is a... More

Fantastic spring skiing when it was open but it is often closed due to wind, don't expect to spend a week there and get 6 days skiing most years as you would in the Alps. I guess that would be less of a problem if the lift system didn't belong in a museum! The lifts are old, slow and (literally)... More

Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed the skiing. Modern lifts would be great and we are currently working a development plan to see new lift infrastructure at the centre. Unfortunately however this new infrastructure while it will improve movement about the hill won't do anything to improve our resilience against the frequent high winds we experience. Unfortunately there are... More

We have skied in Glencoe a few times, as we love the drive from Balloch up through Rannoch Moor. The scenery at Glencoe is spectacular and worth a visit just to gaze out at the expansive moors and mountains. Our last visit, there was very poor visibility but a lot of snow at the top. Staff at the ticket office... More

Just spent 5 days at the ski resort in a our motorhome on hookup at £15 per night, with 24hr facilities. As others have stated, the staff are great and the cafe is basic but clean and reasonable. We were 3 adults and 2 very young children snowboarding. The snow was very deep and blizzards prevented full use of the... More

Have skied Glenshee a fair few times. It has more lifts and pistes than Glencoe, but somehow Glencoe was a better experience for me, and my kids. The top lifts weren't open, which unfortunately halves the number of runs available, but they were literally digging the top lifts out of excessive snow using piste bashers and man-power. The runs that... More
