The Den is an excellent play area - however there were no staff on hand to remove older children from the crawling stage area - health and safety! Food on offer was very tasty and reasonably priced. The Glen characters are in much need of an up-grade, peeling paint, scary faces and some unrecognisable! It was a beautiful day when... More

The den & the glen The den - excellent play area for the kids, my 4yr old loves it, and the cafe is good too. During busy time they do limit the time in the den to 90 mins. The glen - well most of the character are recognisable but not very well built and most need a lot of... More

I have not visited this for awhile but my children loved it when they were young. I have been with friends children andit is still a fun place for the kids to go. I thinkpeople now want too much technology all the time when the kids can run and look at many charcters they will recognise from story book/films.

I come from Aberdeen but Storybook Glen only existed after I went. This was my first chance to take my two your children to it. I read some of the reviews beforehand and wasn't sure - but I'm glad that I ignored them as we had a great time. It was 31st March and there was a gale blowing but... More

I was a little apprehensive about visiting here after reading some of the reviews, but I needn't have worried, the place was fab & excellent value for money. The kids loved the glen & spent a happy 3 hours in the sun, only leaving because they wanted to play in the den too & time was getting on. The den... More

A great theme park for kids & adults too, very well planned out with loads of animated characters from all the kids bedtime story books, the children will love it & be exhausted by the time they've walked round, thoroughly recommend a visit here

Still not impressed with park area but the indoor area is excellent for young ones top let off some steam although the place can be a bit congested at times. Prices for food are not cheap but the place is kept clean considering the footfall especially on days of inclement weather....most days!! Well worth a half day out but beware... More

We visited (sorry, TRIED to visit) today but left due to the absolutely abysmal attitude of the woman at the front door. It was pouring with rain, and I had a 1 year old a 5 year old, as well as my 85 year old Granny stood outside as there was a queue. The place was full so they weren't... More

I enjoyed a very successful trip to Storybook Glen over half term with our two boys, aged 6.5 and 3.5. The exhibits have, on the whole, been refreshed of late. New licks of paint abound. They seem to have added new exhibits too, such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarves and The Wizard of Oz. The walk around the... More
