It was a beautiful landscaped garden with plenty of nice spots to sit. My son was a bit disappointed because he was expecting more space for ball games, of which there is not too much.

I have lived in Aberdeen for about 10 years, but never knew this garden existed. Saw it on TripAdvisor. It is a very nice garden, well worth a visit. Close to the Gordon Highlanders museum, so could be combined in one visit. Currently has one of Dolphins in it.

Johnstone Gardens is a tranquil area in the city of Aberdeen. The bridges, flowers and water make for lovely surroundings. There is also a small kids park within the gardens.

Living in Aberdeen I've heard about this gardens and driven past the signpost to it many a time but had never ventured into it however with it having one of the 50 Wild Dolphins, a trip was necessary and what a beautiful place it is to visit. Beautifully kept and some lovely flowers it was a pleasure to walk through... More

A small garden location in the inner city and it's just beautiful, especially in Spring and Autumn. These gardens are very popular to have your wedding photos in. It's a nice quiet place to go for some relaxation.

Lived in Aberdeen for most of my life and only just discovered this little treasure in Aberdeen. Beautiful scenery and a great walk for an evening or summers day. It's not massive but has a good car park and great location for a romantic stroll or picnic.

Johnstone Gardens is our favourite place to visit in Aberdeen - it is small but beautiful. The pond has moorhens in residence and the flowers are quite spectacular. Most of all though the wonderful feeling of peace and quiet in this bustling city is what always brings us back. I would recommend a visit to anyone who wants to get... More

This is highly unique. A magical old fashioned fishing village 5 mins from Aberdeen centre - like a living museum. No shops etc but marvellous distraction from the city centre. You can walk and it is next to the sea and port

We've only found this park last year, but it's absolutely great. Quiet, and the scenery is excellent. Towards the far end opposite the main entrance there's a small kiddies park as well to keep the little ones entertained, that is if they're not away feeding the birds.
