A lovely day out is to arrive in the city by train from Coleraine - described by Michael Paiin as one of the world's best - walk across the beautiful Peace Brudge, then do the circle walk around the Walls. Then enjoy a coffee or a pint of the black stuff. You will have earned it.

This bridge joins two substantial areas of the city and is a work of art in its own right. It gives a great view of the city walls and enables you to visit the newly restored buildings on the other bank.

Went to the bridge in the evening - we were able to see all around from the walls entrance to the waterside and beyond. Good to visit

Loved the walk over bridge, would walk across it every time I'm in L/Derry.. It's great access to the other side of the river and must be really handy for local folk.

It's just a short walk from the Guildhall/City hotel and can be the starting point of a 1 or 2 hour walk around the three bridges depending where you want to finish .
