A great tour around the walls of Derry taking in the history and sights. Amazing value. I learnt loads and was very impressed by our tour guide Garvin's energy and enthusiasm. Highly recommended.

Was with John McNulty`s (tour guide with Martin McCrossan tours) around the historic Walls of Derry City today. It was 60 minutes wonderfully well spent for £4 (not forgetting the free tea/coffee afterwards). John exhibits a fantastic passion for peace in his native city, coupled with a faultless knowledge base of local history & events from early Christian right up... More

My only regret? I can't remember our guide's name. He was an older man (I'm pushing 60 so that gives you a frame of reference) and his love for his city was so deep and apparent. It was interesting to get lots of info on the "far past" and walk part of the wall of the city, as well as... More

Being from Derry myself and having the summer off work (teacher) I decided to take part in lots of holiday activities in my own city. This tour, taken with the wonderful tour guide Garvin, was excellent! I learned things that I didn't know, and even though a lot of the walk was familiar to me, Garvin made it fun but... More

Our first trip to Derry and we'd seen this walking tour on Tripadvisor, so were keen to give it a go. After all it was only £4….. The best £4 ever as it turned out! John, our guide, was charming and informative as he explained the city's history while we walked around the walls. Some of his stories are very... More

This tour is the best value 4 pounds we've spent. The hour of the tour told us so much of the history of this troubled city but leaves you with a real appreciation of how far Derry has come in the last few decades. I had tears in my eyes several times as John, our wonderful tour guide, relayed the... More

Was a very informative tour that took just over an hour around the city walls. The tour guide we had was very engaging and knowledgeable on the past events. The tour was reasonably priced and you also receive a free tea or coffee from a cafe at the end of the tour, fab!

Walk around the city walls with a guide as he tells you the history of the city and the origin of the Troubles. The views from the walls are wonderful, but wouldn't be the same without the guide.

Nearly native, frequent visitor to this wonderful city! Decided at long last to do something more cultural and what a feast of culture it was. Our tour guide was John and he was both informative and interesting. It was the best £4 I ever spent and will do this tour again so I can soak up all the information..Well done... More

An excellent tour informative, historical and amusing. Many thanks for looking after us both during and after the Walk. Could you also pass on our thanks to Bentley's Wine Bar for the excellent food and service. The people of Derry were very friendly and a lot of myths were dispelled. I and the members rate this tour 5 star.
