Not a game of thrones fan but what an incredible and almost eerie place to visit. Just stood there amazed at the atmosphere created by these amazing trees. Was not on our list to visit but so glad that we actually went. Got some amazing pictures.

I don't watch Game of Thrones so I didn't know that this road featured in it but I've always admired it in photos. While on a trip to Antrim in April I was staying in Limepark Arts & Cottages near Armoy and I found out it was about 2km away from here so I was delighted. I visited twice -... More

We had a LOT of trouble finding this place! We drove there at twilight. You need to ask anyone that you see for directions along the way. We went around in circles for 45 minutes. In the end, we found it was very close to to the golf club on Bregagh road. We went past that golf club several times!... More

It is beautiful both in early morning and at twilight. A lot of people go though, so if you are looking to take that iconic photo be prepared to wait a bit. We met some lovely people as a result, however.

Rent a car and visit by yourself! Don't travel with these bus tours that will be full of tourists as you won't be able to capture that beautiful scenery without any tourists in it!! Amazing place!

Amazing trees like we saw everywhere we've been in Ireland. Remarkable, but so many tourists that it became not that pleasant.

Wow, oh wow! This lane was worth the trouble to find, it is not exactly easy but the girl in the supermarket in Balleymoney gave us excellent directions. I would love to be there at dusk or early morning, very eerie I would think. One thing to keep in mind if you visit,if everyone stays to the side of the... More

This "Game of Thrones" location was on my must-see list on our first trip to Northern Ireland. We found it a bit challenging to find, but got good directions from a worker at the Giant's Causeway visitor center. We were fortunate to meet a man who owns land adjacent to Bregagh Road (site of the Dark Hedges). He has a... More
