The market is such a great spot to visit if you have the time. Lots of good things to eat and great craft stalls if you're looking for a unique souvenir. It's easy to find and right downtown so recommend you check it out!

Variety of food and bakeries. The Hairy Bikers said it was one of the best in the UK and they were right. Be sure to visit Hillside fresh farm stall where offers abound for rib eye steak and most other products. They make real ale down on the farm one of which is 12%ABV! Fantastic array of fresh fish. This is a fabulous place to visit in Belfast. Great craft stalls, food stall, coffee, cakes, butchers and fish market. A band or group play in the centre where you can while away some time over brunch or lunch with some great food choices. Always manage to buy something there. Highly recommended - NOT your average market. Try it.

We loved this market with its quirky stalls. It must benefit from returning locals taking unusual memorabilia back to their new homes. Freebie tasters were everywhere when we dropped in. Friendly stallholders were delightful to chat to.

If in Belfast during a weekend DO NOT miss this market. Come hungry, there's a wide variety of food and desserts, from local dishes to Spanish paella and French crêpes to the most elaborate cupcakes I've seen. Highly suggested for brunch or lunch. Sit and enjoy the live music band while you're at it! Browse the diverse flea market where... More

My sister lived in Belfast for a year, and she spoke of this with such excitement that we planned to stay over a weekend just so we could come. We were not disappointed! It is a fun, lively atmosphere with dozens of stalls of food and wares. Personal favorites include the organic juices stall (they make it right in front... More

Interesting craft and food stalls. Some lovely traditional Irish and Celtic items on offer. A great place to get good bakes and coffee! Only issue is you will smell of food when you leave! There is lots of food being cooked and fresh meat fish etc for sale and there is no ventilation!!!

We walked to St George's Market from our Hotel. The building itself is spectacular. It is a small marketplace, with food, drinks, meat, fish, fruits and vegetable vendors. Hand made items and crafty stuff to buy. It is great for all ages. Worth the time!

I have visited the farmers market on a Friday in the past but this was the first time my husband and I visited on a Saturday, There were plenty of stalls, some had the usual tat which you would expect to find at a flea market. But I must say that the vast majority were excellent. There was fabulous fresh... More
