I went on a Sunday when there is a mixture of food and arts and crafts, so a bit of everything. Live music was great too, added to the atmosphere. Some wonderful photos of NI scenery and life for sale. Got there not long after it opened so a good chance to have a good look at everything. All the... More

You can have your breakfast or lunch there, buy some vegetables or other things and souvenirs at very reasonable prices. Free entrance!

Called in for a coffee while out in my bike, bought a coffee from a local brewer, best cup of black stuff ever. Lots to see in this market the fish and meat is wonderful and the local art, artists and crafts are a wonder, little bits of NI at every stall. Everyone's friendly and want to discuss their wears.

We enjoyed our visit to St Gorge's Market last Sunday. It is a very old building with beautiful architecture. The local crafts and foods were very interesting to see and taste. It is the only covered market place in Belfast. Would recommend a visit here.

We visit St Georges Market on a Sunday, maybe once every 2 months. It is always busy, with many interesting stalls, and live music. There are places to eat, and buy coffee and tea, or smoothies, it is under cover, which is good in the Belfast weather, there are toilets as well. It is better to park a little bit... More

For me this market offers the "best of Belfast". The market is opened every Friday Saturday and Sunday of each week and with each day you get to experience Belfast in three different ways. Friday's market is very much a local market, with a mix of stalls, bric a brac, food and bargains. It's noisy and friendly and a great... More

I have been here twice in quick succession on Sundays and I absolutely love this place! I think the food stalls serve some of the best produce in Ireland and all the vendors are very knowledgeable about their products. It was wonderful to see a sculptor at work carving busily into his clay while crowds milled around! I loved Mrs... More
