Took a Black Cab tour when recently in Belfast. Our Driver Mark, met us at the Bus station as arranged, and took us to where we parked our Car. What followed was a 90 minute or so tour around Belfast, with Mark talking about the Troubles in N.I. and visiting the Murals painted all over the city. I had some... More

My girlfriend and I took this tour a couple weeks ago on our trip to Ireland. It was one of the first things we did, and afterward we toured the rest of the island. Still, Joe's tour ranked #1 on EVERYTHING we did in Ireland. So informative, friendly, impactful, and engaging. If you get the chance to have Joe as... More

It was a last minute decision to go on this tour. I had some free time and thought it would be a good way to see and learn a a little bit of the history through artwork. It was a good decision. The tour was very informative (and balanced) and the perfect length. I would recommend it to others.

We began our Belfast experience with Joe McCulloch in a Black Cab Tour. From the moment we entered the cab, he had our rapt attention. The manner that he described The Troubles opened our view into the tragedies imopsed on all involved. Joe took the time to show us significant points as well as answer all our (many) questions clearly... More

A really interesting, informative and unbiased experience. Michael, our guide, gave us an in depth in site into what it was like here during the troubles. He gave us a chat before we left to see what we knew. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. I would recommend this to anyone. We did it on the first... More

A fantastic experience! I had been in touch with Joe about a month before our trip to arrange pick-up, drop-off etc, and everything worked out perfectly - we even paid a visit to the area where my grandad grew up. The trip is an experience in itself. It is one thing to have read about the troubles, and to have... More

The black taxi is a good way of touring West Belfast, but get them to take you Twinbrook and Andi-town. But there are other areas of Belfast not visited they are the Ormo (Ormeau road), Market area and the Short Strand. But the Belfast (black taxi) Mural Tour is very good, the tour drivers have very good knowledge so ask... More

It was very enjoyable and informative, this guy knows his stuff and explains everything with great detail. He kept us tuned in to his tour by cracking a joke or two to lighten the mood as well as leaving all questions answered in great detail. Very Enjoyable, Highly recommend
