My parents, husband and I recently took a tour with Gerry and we all learned so much. Gerry gave us such an in-depth and fair view of the dreadful events in Northern Irelands history. We all thought we knew quite a bit about many of the events plaguing this city, but Gerry's knowledge on the subject proved far superior to... More

On the 7th of Feb me and two girls who were staying at the same hostel as I did the Black Taxi tour with Bobby. The hostel helped us arrange it and we were picked up at the hostel. It was by far the funniest, most insightful, inspiring and respectful tours I've ever done, anywhere. I'd studied The Troubles quite... More

Paddy's tour was fantastic. I now have a more complete understanding of the conflict in Northern Ireland. You really get your money's worth.

As other people have said, this tour is an absolute winner. Bobby was the perfect, knowledgable, entertaining introduction to Belfast and its history. Its hard to imagine a better way to see the important sights and put them into context - and really affordable. Definitely recommended.

The tour included some of the sites that we would have heard about in the news in the past, the info was very engaging, reflective and interesting . Bobby the driver was a character who's banter made the tour even more interesting. Visited both sides of the peace wall and was moved by the stories and the images. Would recommend... More

My son, Aidan, and I were looking for a cab to give us a tour and provide some historical context of "the troubles" in Belfast. We ran into Bobby Walsh near the city center who provided us with more than we could have asked for. Bobby took us in his 'black cab' through the Falls area as well as into... More

Bobby Walsh was an entertaining and dynamic tour guide with a storehouse of knowledge on the history of Belfast. We got more than our money's worth out of our tour and were entertained with his wise cracks and informed on the politics of the city. Five out of five stars for sure.
