Four of us went to the kitchen bar for lunch, we ordered different meals and we were impressed quality and size of all the meals. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The cost was just about for a city bar.

I ordered the Salmon with lemon butter which came with champ, both the salmon and champ where swimming in the lemon butter, it tasted disgusting, so of course I didn't eat it and brought it into the manager and explained that it was inedible. All that was offered to me was to re-plate it, I said no thanks and tried... More

Popped in here for a few drinks on a busy Sat night. The place was very busy but we managed to get a table. I looked at the long cocktail list and chose a margarita but when I ordered it the barman said he didn't know how to make it and obviously had no intention of finding someone who could.... More

This bar can be found on the junction of Victoria Square and Upper Church Lane, opposite Bittles Bar, but was not always here. It used to on the corner of Telfair Street, which was known then as Telfair's Entry. It's an old fashioned bar, with big windows and loads of mirrors. Because of it's location, a lot of shoppers call... More

I've eaten here on several occasions and the food has been rather nice. However, we were there this evening and the food was really awful. We were seated pretty quickly once a table was cleaned, but the menus we were provided with were disgusting - they had all bits of food or sauce on them. Following this, our order was... More

Lovely food, great atmosphere, nice staff, although we waited a little too long for our meals to come. There was a nice selection of dishes on offer. Something for everyone. There was afternoon entertainment on too which added to the atmosphere.

Called into the Kitchen Bar on St Patrick's day, as we have done for the last three years. However was disappointed to discover the pasta dish was very bland, tasteless and as a result was not eaten. Brought it to the attention of the waiting staff, however the guy didn't appear to be interested (dispite the fact he was an... More

On a recent shopping trip to Belfast, my wife and I dropped in here for lunch, as we have had a few good meals before. Not this time. I had chicken goujons that were covered in a thick, sickly batter that was tasteless. My wife had the roast of the day- pork. It was even worse- the pork was either... More

We visited a few weeks ago in the early evening and we both chose the roast dinner, which was delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere cosy and quite intimate for a large bar/restaurant. It was a Monday evening so there were not many diners - I don't know what it would be like at the weekends. Will be... More
