I saw my first gig in the Ulster Hall. It's steeped in music history, hosting The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and the Bay City Rollers. I'd recommend getting a tour from the very knowledgeable staff.

All the best rock gigs happen in the Ulster Hall. Small and intimate enough for the rock fan to get up close to the band. City centre location makes it easy to get a bus home afterwards.

I called in when the hall was closed to ask whether I could get a look at the organ pipes. Yes certainly was the friendly reply from the lady in the box office. Well Done!

The restaurant just inside - in the foyer is a pleasant place to stop off if you are in the area and want a relasing cuppa without all the busy buzz which other restaurants in this area seem to relish in. I often go here just after lunch time to do a little work before travelling home. It's great as... More

Sang there as a child with the massive pipe organ behind. Architecturally classic but, sod that, go when Stiff Little Fingers are in town or when the Beer and Music Festival's on ... magical!

The recently refurbished Ulster HAll is a great venue for all types of enteratainment. Its centrally located in the city centre and is a medium sized auditorium for a more intimate type of show. The refurbishment has been done in a style in keeping with the original construction. The location is perfect for a weekend show as there are many... More
