This is just a brilliant concert hall! I have performed on stage and been in the audience for a host of different styles of music and I have to say, the atmosphere has never failed to delight. I love to hear the Ulster Orchestra but similarly, could listen to Snow Patrol in sing in 'their back yard'. A great hall... More

Went to Hozier last weekend and the venue was amazing and really suited the gig. The venue has been done up recently and is really stunning inside to look at . The gig was extremely busy so the only downside were the amount of bottles left on the floor where the standing was. But the sound was amazing and really... More

I had not been in the Hall since the upgrade and was disappointed that all seating had been removed from the lower level. Plastic bottles were allowed downstairs, with both soft drinks and alcohol available. After the concert the downstairs floor was littered with the debris of discarded bottles and cartons. Would it be hard to install some bins?

I went there for the CAMRA beer festival in November and it was my first time in the Ulster Hall. The place is pretty big but not overwhelmingly huge like some other modern exhibition halls. Since I was there the beer festival I didn't get a chance to explore the building more but it does look lovely and it certainly... More

Had a great evening in the hall for my hubby's birthday, it's just a pity not a full house, you don't know what you missed.

Got tickets for the balcony, I was impressed with the revamp and the restructuring of the place, and the amount of toilets located in the hallways. the way the seats angled and swiveled round towards the stage and back again was novel but practical too. And the blue plaque to Ruby Murray in the entrance foyer, the songbird from Moltyke... More

The Ulster Hall is now primarily a popular concert and exhibition centre in Belfast city centre. It offers an excellent mix of pop and classical music concerts and numerous comedy and sporting events. The venue also has significant historic significance, and information on this is available at the venue.
