I used to go to Culturlann several times a week, always took overseas visitors for a visit as the venue and the food were excellent and held many family gathering there. Unfortunately, over a year ago, the management decided to take a beautiful, colourful, individual, quirky and warm venue in a converted church and strip it of almost everything that... More

Chuaigh mé ann leis an gclann. Went there as a family and great to have service in Irish. Very vibrant place. Had lunch, which was good. Portions could have been a little bigger but quality was good. Beidh mé ar ais. I will be back.

I was brought here the other day by my housemate. Nice place, nice staff, but the food could be a little better. I had to send my food back as it was freezing. Will definitely try it again soon tho - lovely staff!

As I was on The Falls yesterday, I called into the Culturlann. The number 10 bus brings you up from Queen's St for 1.90, and drops you right at the door. It was busy, with a lot of Irish been spoken, and the cafe was full. It has a lovely little shop, if not a bit cramped, a gallery and... More

Go here regularly, great atmosphere, lots of native Irish speakers/chat, good food, (£5-7 lunch), everything comes with chips! Gift shop & exhibition on site too. Worth a trip out of town. Probably nicest building on Falls Road too.

I have visited Culturlann on many occasion for breakfast, lunch and meeting clients for business over coffee, this is a great place for meeting people and for soaking up the Irish culture with plenty to see and read. If you are visiting Belfast this is a must see place.

Me and my daughter went to Belfast for a concert she wanted to attend to. Once there, we also visited the Falls. I´ve been interested in irish music since my teens (which is quite some time ago...), and thought it´d be a good idea to visit the Culturlann. I had read about it on the internet, and it sounded like... More

I am a regular visitor to the Culturlann which is a busy cafe, cultural centre and meeting place for locals and visitors alike. No visit to Belfast would be complete without calling into the busy hub of the Gaeltact Quarter. The food in the cafe is delicious and the atmosphere is now very friendly and relaxed following the takeover by... More
