It's great to know your way around!

Lots of information available on the sights and attractions for Northern Ireland. Plenty of free maps to find your way around. There is also a gift shop which is expensive

The staff in the visitor centre were very helpful. We were able to find our way around the city thanks to them. They also recommended some excellent attractions.

So I managed to do something rather special, I went for a stroll before my dinner leaving my hotel without a map or any real sense of direction and managed to get completely lost! I found myself near City Hall and the Visit Belfast Centre and my was I impressed. There were self use terminals, transport and hotel booking desks,... More

I was impressed with the amount of information readily available. It's very easy to find information on travel to the areas I was interested in. For those that are computer savy there are a couple of computers as you walk in. There is also a gifts area.

Even locals would most likely discover something new to explore and enjoy if they stop by. The shop section is a little overpriced, but it's... More

People there are really helpful, you'll find all the brochures you would need. Tell them how many days you have to visit and tell will give you headlines.

Thank goodness for the Welcome Centre! They provided us with maps, gave us directions, and helped us book a tour. I don't know how we would have managed without their friendly, patient assistance!
