If you are a stranger to Belfast like I was you must go here the centre is directly opposite the City Hall. With welcoming and extremely helpful staff these nice people will keep you right with all your enquiries. The centre benefits many large information screens so you can at your leisure learn and find out about beautiful Belfast also... More

I was in Belfast for 2 days and the welcome centre is amazing! it has really cool screens and films that show all the stuff that there is to do there and you can get information on some of the history of the city as well as ideas of where to go in Northern Ireland. I couldn't get all the... More

Everything about this tourist office is first rate - the wonderful new premises, overall attractive appearance and efficient layout, the big interactive displays, pamphlets well displayed, and the usual books and souvenirs. The friendly young lady who answered our questions with a charming smile completed our very positive experience.

The people here are very friendly and helpful. The staff were very accommodating in helping us book for tours to visit the places of Belfast. They also helped us in arranging for a hotel pick up service for the tour. They provided a lot of pamphlets, maps and brochures, so you can check out the best tours and attractions. Inside,... More

What a lovely new building to house the Welcome Centre! You would think the staff would be happy to work there! However, the friendly, helpful employee who welcomed me this morning, and directed me to the ticket desk, was the only smiling face I saw! I just don't understand why some people choose to work in a public place when... More

I went to the Belfast welcome center to meet up with Terry Campbell, because he and his team were a great help for us with their help for the booking of our hotel as participants in the 15th World Police and Fire Games in august 2013 in Belfast The first time he wasn't around but the man I spoke with... Every time I visit Belfast, I make a point of calling in here, and over the weekend, I called in again. You can pick up free maps and brochures, and the staff are only happy to assist. I like to get a copy of "Belfast in your Pocket" and "About Belfast", and browse around the gifts. It's located within spitting... More

If you are looking for fair impartial advice on day tours avoid this place. The information they gave us turned out to be wrong. The tired location of it and the fact that you have to search for it suggests that it is hardly doing its job in promoting Belfast. Use the Internet for information . It's easier and more... More

I liked that there's a place in Belfast that can answer visitors questions and advise on the facilities, attractions, events and so on but I think this particular facility needs big a improvement. The building isn't obvious, it's very cramped and with staff switching between sales and answering queries it takes a long time to get seen to. Rethink your... More
