I had booked my tours online (including using the website for the Welcome Centre) before I came to Belfast but still found my visit to the Welcome Centre very helpful, with maps, suggestions for entertainment and knowledgeable staff.

If you only half a brief bit of time in Belfast, spent a few minutes in here. You'll be able to get a sense of history, as it's part information center. You'll be able to get a good deal of shopping done, as there's everything from typical Ireland & Northern Ireland swag to Game of Thrones merchandise. And if you're... More

We came here to leave our bags and explore some of the city before doing our Stones and Thrones tour. They were closed when we got there but the security guard was nice enough to watch our bags and we got to have a nice walk around the city before they opened up. When we came back they were now... We had limited time in Belfast, so I thought I had researched enough from home. We just stumbled upon it while walking. Clean, bright and very friendly staff. All sorts of info for day trips too. I proceeded to pick up a few brochures for my next visit.☘✈️ Souvenirs too.

Popped in at the start of our Belfast day out, on our way to Titanic Experience. Couldn't get this kids out again! They loved the interactive information screens, and I loved the shop. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

the staff are friendly and informative, however we paid £10 each for a city centre walking tour organised by BELFASTHIDDENTOURS. I have been on lots of walking tours but this was the easily the worst we have experienced. The guide was late very arriving, and looking back on it I doubt if he was a guide as his knowledge of... Good choice of leaflets about things to do. Friendly advisers, nice but expensive souvenirs. Good for maps.

Make this your first port of call when in Belfast, I found it when I went for a look at the city hall while the women were shopping ! It has very useful interactive guides and plenty of well organised information leaflets .

The worst information centre I've been to, since I was handed over a booklet and told to read it to decide what to do.
