This theater is like Doctor Who's Police Box, much bigger on the inside. When you walk in you think it is a small terrace building flanking other terraces, but it opens to a large seating area and wine bar. The place is packed with cool people and there's a board to leave your favorite movie quotes to stir conversation while... More

There is almost always something I want to see at this cinema. The last film was Mud, which was terrific - I didn't realise Matthew McConaughey could act. The cinema is hidden behind a normal Victorian terrace facade but when you go in, you find a modern space which includes two screens, a bar, a small theatre, mainly used for... More

Saw Mud which was fab! Seats were clean and good views from all rows. Would go there again and again.

If you are more interested in a good story rather than all action then this is the place to go. They have a nice bar and the cinema seats are very comfortable.

We love the QFT. It's great location first of all means you can eat out after or before your meal. QFT shows classics, new and old and offers a bar where you can buy wine/beer/coffee etc. we have seen some great foreign films here and go every Xmas to see White Chrsitmas for old times sake! Higghly recommended,

QFT is a hidden gem in Belfast. I've passed by it many times without knowing. Definitely well worth a visit for something a little different than the usual cinema.

I have been going to the Queens Film Theatre for over twenty years and have alway loved the diversity of their shows and films and I am glad to see that this hasnt changed with the opening of the new theatre. Very well designed, great use of space, not one bad seat in the house.

QFT is a bit of an institution, have been going since the mid 80s, great atmosphere, especially at recent viewing of 'Good Vibrations'. Nice bar for pre cinema drink or coffee. A piece of Belfast history.
