What can I say. We flew from England to see Chas & Dave with some very dear friends only to be bitterly disappointed with the staff and the ridiculous policy this venue has. Not only can you NOT have a drink in the main hall from the PLASTIC cups provided, you can't talk, sing or dance as apparently it is... More

Nice venue but not the place to go to watch live music as you're not allowed to dance or generally appear to be enjoying yourselves. Staff left a lot to be desired. It was embarrassing as the band kept telling the audience to get up and dance, and when we did, the staff were upon us telling us to sit... More

Went to see Clannad here last night, great gig and a superb intimate venue which really suited the music. Well looked after and very comfortable with load sf decent parking right beside it. Will actively look to go here more often, great night in a cracking hall.

Went to see Christy Moore, fist time we've seen him in Ireland and was amazing...as always, but the sound quality was great, only matched when we saw him in the Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay.

Have been to this venue quite a number of times. Great views from the bar area over Belfast. Great facilities -lifts, toilets, bars etc. the main concert auditorium is very comfortable although I would have appreciated being able to take a drink in to watch the concert as it was over 2 hours long with no interval! The view of... More

The Waterfront Hall is an excellent concert venue. I have been to many concerts, kids shows, and a ballet here, and have sat in various seats in the auditorium. I can honestly say that the view and acoustics were both excellent regardless of where I sat. Even seats at the back of house were excellent as this venue is not... More

This centre was designed for acoustics in mind and provides an excellent venue for any performance or concert. It is the centre piece of the waterfront development a thriving part of the city.

Brilliant venue for music concerts. There simply is not a single bad seat in the house and even with the over 2000 capacity it still feels intimate. Bars can occasionally get queued a bit but to be expected.
