I visited this pub with friends on a business trip to Belfast , my word how many types of whiskey ...fantastic pub with great atmosphere and décor, various types of beer and Guinness including porter ... well worth a stop off when visiting Belfast.

Probably one of my favourites. Great craic and atmosphere, get there early, can be tough to get a drink as its busy. Go during the week and marvel at the displays.

Very traditional old bar, with the most Guinness memorabilia you could every imagine seeing. Great atmosphere with friendly staff .

I love the Duke - it's THE BEST bar in Belfast as far as I'm concerned. It's super relaxed with a friendly and warm vibe. The walls and ceilings are completely covered in mirrors, posters and artefacts of a historical nature, relating to Belfast. Occasionally there's great live music on. Duke of York really is delightful on sunny days when... More

Good enough Pub, apart from Manageress, her appearance was unkempt she looked untidy and never smiled or greeted anyone, her people skills definitely need attention and she really ruined our visit. Very very disappointed as were our hole party sorry but we will not be back.

I've had sooo many memorable nights here - it's a true melting-pot of humanity - never dreamt I'd live this in my lifetime.... No labels, you meet the world here! It's for everyone! Yes, the bar can be crowded.... but what an amazing team they have!! For me, the 'World Fire and Police Games'... (Think that's not quite right.... )... More
