We booked our tour with Allen's Tours in July. The bus looked like it had been in service for a very very long time. From the minute this bus pulled from the company's building there was a high pitched noise that sounded very much like a dentist's drill. I didn't know if I was going to be able to handle... More

Myself and partner did the Giants Causeway tour and were not disappointed. Our first driver was a little disorganised, but we soon got moving. He was very entertaining and informative. We made our way to the Carrickfergus Castle, which was a nice quick photo opportunity. We then swapped drivers and had had a driver named Mark. We had a lovely... More

We intended to take the McComb tour of the Giant's Causeway but for some reason, we thought it didn't run on the day we wanted. So, we ended up on an Allen's Tour. Yes, it is cheap. Yes, you get what you pay for. The biggest problem for us was the bus itself. (Check out my pictures.) The PA system... More

I work in belfast. i just witnessed a very nasty encounter today between a group of middle aged tourists, a scot, 2 allens tours sellers and a citytours seller. the allens tours sellers were aggressively demanding that the tourists go to what they called the tourist information centre so the can find out more about the tours. this is not... Absolutely Wonderful Service! Very accommodating as well!! We had taken Eireann Rail from Dublin and Ian went out of his way to pick us up from the station in Belfast. He also dropped the other tour guests at their respective hotel/areas at the end of the tour, like I said excellent service. Ian was informative concerning all local knowledge. A... More

I used this travel agent on 10 July b/c the price was cheaper than other agents; however, their service was terrible. It's true that "you get what you pay for."I missed a bus; technically, it was my mistake but I witnessed a bus driver from 'Titanic and City Tour' to have gone back to pick up a tourist who missed... My partner and I went on the tour bus on 21st June 2014. The bus left about an hour late from the pick up point. However, having said that, the rest of the journey was amazing, accompanied by our chatty and friendly bus driver/tour guide. Definitely worth the money!!

Went on Giant's causeway trip 25 June. Our driver Ian was brilliant - very knowledgeable and entertaining. Some very corny jokes though!!!! Bushmills distillery was closed, which was a shame. Only complaint - I think more time should be allowed at the rope bridge. Another 30 minutes would have made it much more enjoyable. Perhaps shave off the time at... More

Hi we were a group of 11 pax. I have a 4 yr olf son. For the price charged it was an excellent tour. I read a couple of reviews which stated their busses to be bad. I can tell you, though not the luxury kind.... they were not bad at all.... infact we should be appriciating for the tours... More

Hello Vikram glad to see that you were able to avail of our special offer and that yourself and your family enjoyed the tour. Regarding the short time at the rope bridge I have spoken to the driver working on the day and with him being a part time driver he was unsure of the timings for this section of... More
