Booked this tour as it was quite cheap at £16 per person, that was the biggest mistake we made. It turned up 45 minutes late, we even phoned the office to find out where they were. The reason for turning up late appears to be the fact that the coach they used was an old school bus, and had been... More

HOW VERY DARE YOU !!!! You say you are well travelled. Well you haven't learnt very much. The bus we used that day is a disabled accessible bus and under the request of one of the customers we used this vehicle as it had a tail lift in case they needed the lift to get on and off the bus.... More

Just back from the Causeway Tour today and want to thank our lovely friendly driver Karen for an interesting enjoyable day. Her commentary while driving along the absolutely stunning coastline made the day for me; more so than seeing the actual stones at the Causeway. I was a bit underwhelmed by them to be honest, although this could have been... More

We booked the tour over the Internet for a Valentine's Day tour of the Giants causeway. We called the office the day before the tour to find out where there office was for us to start the tour. The person at the end of the phone informed us that they would send a car to pick us up from our... More

I booked this without knowing much about the company so was a little unsure. Arrived in Belfast the day before and rang to clarify direction to the pick up point. They said no problem They'd send someone to pick us up. Sure enough on time a driver came to take us to the office. Left promptly with our driver Ben... More

There are many very bad reviews on here. And I haven't been on any other similar tours to compare. However, our tour guide and driver, Ben, was a good driver, had a good sense of humour and what seems to me a good knowledge of the area. We also got picked up from the hotel - on time. Yes the... Booked two tickets for the city tour for myself and my partner. We arrived at the pick up point at 11 for the tour and waited half and hour before I received a call from the company to let me know that the tour had been cancelled as the bus was broken. We were told that we would receive a... More

At first the tour seemed pretty unorganised. They had too many people for the bus and wanted some to change days, which isn't that easy when travelling! We had to drive across Belfast to get to the bigger bus and sat for awhile in a car park next to an abandoned building which was an "interesting" start to the tour.... More

Though Allen tours have sold most of their business to city tours but they still do The Giant causeway day tour. The bus they used was very old but still in good condition. The driver was really good and had excellent knowledge of the area. I would definitely recommend people to use their service.

Myself and four friends took the giants causeway tour and it was great. It hits all the great sights on the way including carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Carrickfergus castle and ends with a wee dram at Bushmills. Our driver was really friendly and enthusiastic and continually provided a wealth of information on the drive up. Definitely worth the money, although itseems... More

Giant's causeway is a must see. Ian was our tour guide and he is excellent. But do not buy the City Tour Hop on Hop off tickets from Allen's tours. They sold me a combo ticket with a good deal but the neither of the city tour buses honoured it I had to buy another ticket from City Tours buses.
