Our hotel manager at Duke's suggested and arranged this tour for us and It was great. We only spent one day in Belfast but we really got a sense of the struggles happening up there, it is truly sad. There are many taxi tour companies that impersonate Paddy and try to steal his business so make sure you get the... More

After arranging a time over the phone Paddy was waiting for us at the station. We found the tour to be fascinating - Paddy was informative yet impartial. There really is no other way to see the real Belfast - get it booked you won't be disappointed. Excellent value for money :)

Can't say enough how enlightening this was. Our guide/driver was terrific, gave us an impartial history of the "troubles". I admit to feeling like I should have done some homework before we arrived in Belfast, and will be doing some reading when we get home. It is well worth the time and money. I would take this tour again.

Our B&B host suggested that we might want to take a tour with "Paddy's" to obtain an appreciation of Belfast's history of troubles. Our driver was excellent as he presented an unbiased view of the many encounters between the Nationalists and the Loyalists throughout time. We certainly obtained the "Coles Notes" version of events that will necessitate further reading into... More

We had a great and informative time in the cab. John Campbell picked us up from our hotel and off we went. The weather was rainy but it didn't matter. All the memorials and murals on the walls and houses and the 40 foot walls themselves were both astounding and terrifying at the same time. Our hearts go out to... More

I went on this tour with my friend Becca and it was excellent, really informative. Pat Mc Ardle our guide and driver went into real depth on the history not just of the troubles, but Northern Ireland as a whole. He also recommended places to go and eat, and other things to see and do in NI during our trip.... More

Paddy gave a great overview of the past political landscape of the city with visits to the hotspots and some personal insights. Well worth it.

I went on this tour with three of my friends and we all agree, it was excellent! Tom was our driver/guide and he did a great job. So friendly and full of knowledge. I knew a little bit about the Troubles, but did not realize how much they still affect the way people live in Belfast today. This tour really... More

Today we had the colourful cab driven by John Campbell who gave an unbiased and very knowledgeable account. The tour took us through some of the more deprived areas where people living there tend to hold strong beliefs one way or the other depending on what side of the wall they live. its not what you would call a happy...
