This attraction was recommended to me by my Brother-in-Law. Initially, although it sounded interesting I was hesitant as my husband and I would be travelling with my 2 children, aged 9 and 7. We decided to give it a try.. We were punctually picked up at our hotel by our really wonderful driver/guide 'Stevie.' Stevie gave us a little background... More

This was an absolutely fascinating guided tour taking in the Shankill area, Peacewalls & Falls Road. Despite having a basic grip on the history between the two sides, our driver was able to hold our attention with a lot of information about the start of the troubles, some stories about the local people and details of how things stand currently.... Tom our driver was superb. He had humour as you would expect from an Irish man and unbiased knowledge of the history of the troubles.

We were picked up by a guide in a white van type cab - no black cab for us. The sound was a bit dodgy at first but improved. The tour was very interesting and our guide answered our questions knowledgably and affably. We were picked up at the airport at additional charge and took the tour straightaway which was... More

My wife and I booked this tour after it was recommended by a friend and it was excellent, the driver was very friendly and his knowledge on the history of the troubles in Ireland was superb. The trip takes you to both the Protestant and Catholic areas of Belfast with many photo opportunities including the peace wall. This tour gives... More

I took a 'Paddy Campbell' taxi tour of the Belfast areas most affected by the 'Troubles'. This was my first time in Belfast in over 22 years. Our driver Damian was courteous, honest, independent, well informed and very protective of our safety. We got an unbiased excellent guided tour from a person who took pride in his job and shared... Having been let down by another taxi tour operator we picked up a tour with our fantastic guide John 2 at short notice. What a wonderful experience as we enjoyed the craic and were reminded of the history of our native city. it was poignant, challenging and fun. Thank you John

We booked at short notice after a morning at the Titanic Museum and were we so happy we did. Our driver, Pat met us at our hotel where we started our tour. We couldn't have had a better guide. From the start til the end of our tour Pat had our utmost attention. We also met Paddy, the owner, and... More

This was an incredible experience and one I would highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Belfast. Our guide and driver Charlie made all the difference. My boyfriend and I had a reasonable level understanding of the Troubles but the first-hand view of it all provided by Charlie was impressive and very much appreciated. The booking process was quick... More
