I booked a beach ride for my two teenage sons who ride daily and the staff were very accommodating to their riding ability on the hack. Both raved on being allowed to go riding off with owners son for a blast and thoroughly enjoyed the whole beach ride. The staff were lovely and accommodating to all riders. Horses and ponies... More

My granddaughter and I went on a two hour ride at ogmore riding stables, we found the owner and stable hands most helpful in every way, you were matched up with your riding ability with horse or pony weather you have some experience or not and you are supplied with a riding hat. We walked along the river and up... More

Thank you to Ogmore riding stables for making our dreams come true. We had a fantastic time trekking to and along the beach. We were made to feel very welcome, the staff were friendly and helpful and they accommodated our mixed riding abilities. The location is idyllic and we absolutely loved riding through the rivers and on the beach. We... More

My husband overheard the workers saying they put the horse away because "that lady wouldnt shut her mouth"! All i did was say once id prefer another horse! I think... More

We booked a 2 hour trek last Saturday at 3pm it was me, my sister in law and my 7 year old niece. It cost £40 each and they only take cash. We weren't told we'd need shoes with a slight heel and had trainers on but they soon found us some riding boots/willies to wear and sorted us out... More

Booked this last minute. Went on my own but everyone there was really friendly - other riders plus Rob and Angela, who run the centre. Bit daunting at first but soon got the hang of it and really enjoyed the stroll along the beach, through the woods, sand dunes and of course crossing the rivers. Unfortunately a gammy knee meant... We booked for 4 adults and 4 children aged 8, 7, 6 and 5 on a 1 hour walking trek. We were welcomed by the many staff members and introduced to our horses. We were given safety helmets and walked by the staff through amazing scenery, feeling safe throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed this and would recommend to anyone. Looking forward... More

I go there often, I take my grandchildren and their Freinds , there is a horse for everyone , beginners and good riders , they take you across two small rivers onto the beach, and if you can trot you can ride through the waves on the beach, then back over the sand dunes and back to to farm ,... There were four of us in our group, two who have ridden a few times& two first timers! My mother in law was very nervous as it was her first time. All the staff were very friendly and Cody was in charge of her as she needed to be on a lead rope as so nervous. I am told Cody... More
