This area has changed tremendously over the years. Lots of metropolitan walks, ice cream shops by the river. In fact an ever changing area with some excellent restaurants and the best view in Swansea from the Grape and olive bar at the top of an enormous skyscraper, for Swansea.

Nice place - buzzing in the evening and can be a little noisy but not enough to disturb. Nice selection of bars and restaurants to eat at.

Ran around here in the morning as I'm staying local. What a lovely place to run. Also had a nice walk around in the evening. No rubbish, no mess and it's rather quite.

Could be improved by a few more shops and cafes - there were a couple, but we felt could be improved and more lively!
