Not griping about it - just saying that's what it cost to park for the day while we did the RHIB trip. There's a café for your snacks, and the restaurant there (The Coalhouse) does proper meals if you want to pay a bit more. The beach is a sand / stone mix - but dogs seemed to be allowed... More

Gorgeous beach with perfect sand castle building sand! Easy to get to. Lots of rock pools for exploring. Highly recommended.

Wonderful large stretch of clean beach. Dogs allowed on leads, large hotel at one end and a selection of well stocked shacks for snacks too. Water sports also available. Lovely walks in the area also. Well worth a visit

One of several beaches on Gower that I would recommend, this one has a little shop and a big car park, rock pools, surfing and boat trips, it is worth to visit.

Huge expanse of golden sand, water sports and boat trips available in season. Cafe, Restaurant and Hotel all on the edge of the beach. Plenty of parking available, some of the parking is very near the beach.

There is plenty of parking for about £4 for the day, toilets, a shop and restaurant but if you walk further along the beach the sand is nicer and there are a lot less people. The sea is usually clean and clear.

A nice and hidden bay with a great sandy beach and lovely hotel that does great food. East to find and you will enjoy your visit.

Oxwich Beach is one of the few easily accessible beaches in the Gower for families. Parking is easy although the £4.50 for parking seems a bit steep when no guidane is given and the parking was all over the place wasting valuable space. There are toilets and ice cream/beach gear shops. Dogs are welcome like most beaches in the Gower.... More

Maybe not as relaxing as Rhossili, but this beach has the beauty of a huge stretch of sand and has some rocks for a bit of fun, the water is always clean and it's so close to Swansea!
