Visited with friends last week and I usually love this place! As a therapist myself that uses Elemis one of the things I love is the smell as you walk in from the underground car park! We had a thank forum it's Friday package but due to therapist massage times two of us had facials! I have had facials lots... More

I originally wrote a letter of complaint directly to the Celtic Manor rather than write a negative review on TripAdvisor, however after the way I have been treated, I now feel that I should share my below par experience at the Celtic Manor Forum Spa. To celebrate my birthday I booked a couples massage (£150) on Sunday 5th October followed... More

Went as a couple for a spa say expecting so much but the Spa delivered way below par. Booked it late on the Web and got a reasonable deal. £100. We live in Newport and have visited the resort a few times. Parked the car in the underground car park and this level took us straight to the spa reception.... More

Spa facilities were well maintained and clean. A lovely relaxing afternoon. Reception and poolside staff were complete imbeciles and had obviously bypassed the customer service part of their training. Uninterested and un knowledgable and not forgetting the most important thing - unhelpful. Totally spoilt our stay 😣

Me and my friend visited the spa for the sunset spa experience. The pool and jacuzzi areas were lovely, with sun loungers round the outside which are perfect for relaxing with a book. The swimming pool is for hotel guests aswell resulting in some children being in there however this was not too much of a issue. The relaxing area... More

Stayed at the Celtic Manor recently for a couple of nights and wanted to book some treatments for both my wife and I before we arrived. On phoning two weeks before we were basically told there were no spare slots but we can use the pool! However, after persevering we got 75% of what we wanted booked in (total cost... More

A friend and I recently did the Sunset Spa package at the Celtic Manor. It was very good value - £38 for a 55 min treatment and use of facilities, including free tea/water etc. The massage was great - I asked for it to be hard, and boy did I get what I asked for - aching the next day... More

Have visited here many times, mainly when there is a spa day deal. The facilities are very good and the treatments are excellent. The food is amazing for a spa day. The only negative is that there are no way near enough relaxation rooms. The only chill out room is near reception and is open plan, small and usually busy.... More

I booked my treatments, early March using the telephone booking system. I combined 2 deals - Elemis Herbal Steam Temple in the morning and then lunch as part of TFI Friday for the afternoon, using a £50 voucher. I was advised there was a small amount to pay on the day (I did offer to pay this in advance but... More
