A friend and I recently did the Sunset Spa package at the Celtic Manor. It was very good value - £38 for a 55 min treatment and use of facilities, including free tea/water etc. The massage was great - I asked for it to be hard, and boy did I get what I asked for - aching the next day... More

Have visited here many times, mainly when there is a spa day deal. The facilities are very good and the treatments are excellent. The food is amazing for a spa day. The only negative is that there are no way near enough relaxation rooms. The only chill out room is near reception and is open plan, small and usually busy.... More

I booked my treatments, early March using the telephone booking system. I combined 2 deals - Elemis Herbal Steam Temple in the morning and then lunch as part of TFI Friday for the afternoon, using a £50 voucher. I was advised there was a small amount to pay on the day (I did offer to pay this in advance but... More

I booked in for a thelasso treatment, but something had gone wrong with the booking system and apparently the stones were not hot enough, so had to accept a massage instead which was good. The Spa is lovely and the staff were great, but because of the booking problem I was kept hanging around for a while as well as... More

My daughter and I spent a day in the Forum Spa, with a winter refresher facial and light lunch and use of the facilities. Great value for money! So how was it? 1. Beautiful resort very impressed 2. Lovely Spa 3. Had a really lovely treatment. Kayleigh was very attentive and helpful. 4. The pool, sauna and steam room were... More

Spectacular pool and facilities, only let down by sporadic cleaning in the changing rooms, too often the place is strewn with used towels.

I went to the Forum Spa with a few friends on a spa day package. We had 2 treatments each, full use of the spa facilities and a light lunch. All were fab and well worth the money. Will definitely go again in the near future. The only negative was that the wine we had at lunch time was extremely... More

Stayed for a Sunday rollover spa day recently. The spa was incredibly busy and sometimes a bit noisy, the relaxation lounge would benefit from new loungers. But having said that the service was second to none. All the therapists were friendly and welcoming and were obviously very knowledgable and competent. I had a signature massage with Emma which was excellent... More

We visited after staying at the Celtic Manor Hotel for a Spa treatment, and use of the pool. We booked the day before, and were requested to arrive 15 minutes ahead of our booked time. We arrived nearly an hour before our treatments were due, with the intention of a quick session in the pool, prior to the treatment. While... More
