Had read some not so good reviews so I was hoping all would be ok - can only say this is a fantastic spa. There is one small place where the paint is flaked but some people seem to have homed in on that tiny issue! Lovely facility, good lunch and fabulous treatment from very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend... More

Fantastic Spa Area & lovely treatments from very friendly & experienced spa staff. The main pool area & jacuzzi was however like a kids play area & nothing approaching relaxation, let alone an uninterrupted swim up and down the pool was possible. When are the Celtic going to build a separate Spa pool? Spoils the overall experience!

Just returned from yet another exceptional stay at Celtic manor. Very busy due to all the Xmas festivities but still received excellent service. Were upgraded on arrival to the signature sixth floor where the guy on reception was very helpful & friendly, he proceeded to recommend a table at the French restaurant in the Manor House. One of if not... More

I am a previous Gym Member, that has stayed in the main resort on numerous extended occasions! Everything is too much trouble for 90% of the staff! Catherine on the reservations switch board was rude, dismissve, unco-operative and stuck up he own backside! The staff need serious people coaching skills in personal customer service! The Gym is filthy, Sauna temperature... More

Not what you expect from a leading hotel and resort. Looking tired, awful smell of damp in the changing rooms. Pool was overcrowded had to wait for all the children to leave before we could use it. The relaxation room served tea or water, not even fruit infused water. Booked a spa day with friends, and weren't shown where anything... More

Been quite ill lately so I thought I'd treat myself to a nice spa session at one of my favourite spas! Had the forum signature massage with Charlotte which was amazing, I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! Enjoyed relaxing in the relaxation area with a cup of tea then had a lovely swim, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.... More

Not a great experience. This place needs a makeover. Some areas are very shabby. The treatments are very expensive and my massages was poor so I asked for a refund. The supervisor was very kind and understanding and agreed this. But I would have been happy to pay if it was up to standard. The facilities need to be updated... More

Booked last minute for a spa day as needed some R&R. Very pleased with everything at the Celtic Manor Forum Spa. Very welcoming & friendly staff, took the time to show me around & explain how it all worked. Spa day made up of a number of treatments. Herbal steam temple, manicure & pedicure. Lovely staff members, ask polite, friendly & professional. Great swimming pool with good sized jacuzzi & small pool for children. Sauna, steam & jacuzzi in changing rooms. Free teas & water. Relaxation area overlooking the welsh valleys. Steam temple was interesting. You use an exfoliator... More
