Booked this for a day out with my 22 year old daughter. Staff were friendly and treatments were fine (hot stone massage and a facial) My disappointment is linked to the shambolic organisation and penny pinching on small things. This included having to find a pound coin for the lockers; going upstairs to the dining room only to find that... More

Stayed 1 night with husband on the dinner b&b spa package. Check in was shocking, very rushed and lady was quite abrupt. Got to our room which was looking over the golf course, nice enough but quite dated. Spa treatment was fab, had a full body massage and it was very relaxing. Disappointed with the spa itself as its starting... More

My sisters and I booked the spa for my mum's birthday. Expected 5 star, fell very short of this. The staff were really lovely and the treatments we had were good. However the whole place needs a make over. The changing rooms were very poor and very tight for room. My mum needs to sit to change yet the seats... More

Excellent service, treatments. Very polite, welcoming & efficient. It felt very organised but still a very relaxing environment. My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our massages definitely the best we've had. Will 100% be returning in the very near future.

5 Star Treatment at a 5 star Hotel but only a 3 star price. Had a steam temple treatment here and was very relaxing. Liked the fact that after the treatment they don’t just kick you out and wheel the next victim in, but sit you down in the chill out area where you can stay as long as you... More

If you want somewhere to relax and enjoy, take a nights stay here. We rolled up at 12 but could not check in until 4 so Sophie from the spa looked after us until our room was ready, room was deluxe, a bottle of wine was part of the package and the happy hour in the manor cellor bar really... More

Go in through the main entrance and you will be blown away! It's amazing! Stunning! The Spa itself is quite small and the pool is part of the gym so it's busy and noisy. However, the quality of treatments makes up for this. The Steam Temple is a lovely experience, I also had a face and body sensation massage and... More

This was my first visit to the celtic manor. My husband booked a spa day voucher as a present which included a light lunch, a treatment+access to facilities. The hotel itself was very impressive+I thought the same as we went into the forum spa area. The lunch area is very small+nowhere near the spa which I found stupid. Especially when... More

Booked a package for 3 of us a few months in advance, only to be rang a week or two before to confirm our booking and they only had a booking for 1 person, not 3! It was easily resolved but they did try and give us all completely different treatment times. We complained and managed to get someone to... More
