We decided to visit today as a half term treat for our children. I'd phoned the day before as there had been a problem with the ticketing side on the website. After numerous attempts to speak to a person , I was told the studio tour was sold out until March but you could pay on the door for the... More

The Doctor Who Experience is definitely recommended for any fan of the show. The experience is great for children and adults alike. I could not recommend it more!

Now, I am not a Dr., Who fan but my son (adult) and his girlfriend are. During a recent visit to Wales to visit family and attend a wedding, I asked my cousin (with whom we were staying west of Cardiff) if she would take us there. We decided to make a day of it so she, her husband, her... More

Ever wanted to go inside the Tardis or be part of a Doctor Who experience - this is the place. Located on the docks / waterfront in Cardiff right next to the studio where the show is filmed. If you are a Doctor Who fan, it is worth the trip. She all the Doctors, their companions, the villians and all... More

The Doctor Who Experience is split into two parts. The first is a 'guided' tour. You're put with a random group of about twenty people, then you go through a series of rooms with Matt Smith/Dr. Who shouting out lots of instructions and helpful hints. I cannot remember what the challenge was, however great fun for younger children. After moving... More

I am a huge fan of Doctor Who, all thanks to my dad, so I decided to take him for Father's Day, especially because it was closing down in September in order to become Capaldi-fied. The walk-through tour was incredible, and actually makes you jump quite a lot. It's definitely the best bit and I love the idea that it... More

Whovians should not miss this as it is certainly a great experience. Purchase your tickets in advance for best prices and check availability at peak periods if your going to take a chance. Once your ready for the tour you wait in a queue and a guide will give some information before going through the doors. The first part is... More

We visited in December of 2013. Being huge Doctor Who fans, my boyfriend and I made this our first stop on our trip to Cardiff. The interactive portion was very entertaining and very child friendly. The walk through portion was interesting. I highly recommend this to any Whovian!

love this - well worth doing if you visit Cardiff Bay. I got my final fix of matt smith as the doctor but i understand it is being refurbished to have peter capaldi now. The 'experience' really has the wow factor - terrified to be surrounded by Daleks!

Travelled from bath to Cardiff with a very excited whovian essentially for this attraction. Having researched it 3-4 months prior, at which time there was no mention of a closure and tickets actually available on our day of travel I was fairly stunned and horribly disappointed to find a closed sign on the door. It is being renovated from the... More
