Owner description: Cefn Mably Farm Park is a huge all weather family farm attraction & softplay in one. Set in rolling countryside close between Cardiff and Newport. We offer a unique mixture of farm animals and softplay areas - the ideal place for action packed days out with the kids, birthday parties, schools and groups. The park is designed for families with toddlers to teens. The fun begins as you enter the indoor soft play barn where the children can let off steam and you can relax using the free wifi with a coffee and a slice of home made cake on a comfy leather couch. Once you and the kids are worn out from feeding the animals on the farm and playing on the electric go-carts and real diggers. Then on the way home you can visit our new Farm Shop and Butchery called "Moody Sow Farm Shop" and pick up some good old fashioned 28 day matured steak for your tea and some home cured, home smoked bacon for your breakfast!!!.

Ok day but way to expensive I compared to folly farm who have allot more to offer. You pay for adults so if both parents go it's ecpensive

We visit Cefn Mabley on a regular basis with out 2 grandsons aged 2 and 4. They never get tired of petting and feeding the animals and thoroughly enjoy the the newly installed outdoor play equipment and peddle tractors. There are sheep, goats, pigs rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, ponies, pigs, donkeys, ducks and hens. The indoor play areas (separate ones... More

visited here with my partner our 18 month old and other family members on a wet sunday, firstly the admission price is really expensive considering folly farm is only £1 more and is extensively bigger and much more to do, saying that we did enjoy our time there but wouldnt return because its not worth the extortionate prices.

We visited on a wet day and we're pleased to see that there was still a lot you can do there. We thought entry was a little expensive as we had to pay for our 20 month old (you have to pay from 18 months old) but that did not detract from our visit (although we would have been interested... More

i feel the owners comments to previous post very sarcastic and uncalled for. yes the animals do look sorry for themselves, and theres not a lot of shelter in the bad weather. i also feel its a money making buisness and the animals are just a sideline. its very expensive.

Great petting area and indoor section for the kids! Found the farm shop and food expensive but generally a good day out for us

Lots to see and do. Animals undercover and out in the paddocks to feed (bags of animal food are extra). Big soft play area for various age groups and a cafe. Food is a little on the pricey side. Lots of outdoor play areas too, again for different age ranges so both younger and older children are well catered for.... More

I visited the farm last Sunday with my mother and my two daughters. From the outside it isn't much to look at, but when I walked in it completely exceeded my expectations. It is slightly pricey however it is worth every penny. Although there is not as many animals as you would think it is nice to be able to... More
