Credit where its due , this is a gem in the welsh educational / attraction system. Worth every penny to get in . These sort of establishments seriously need more money to keep them afloat , a good morning as well as a very educational one

Visited on a Tuesday expecting to stay about one and a half hours as the pictures on the website didn't show that many things. How wrong we were, had to drag the kids out after over four hours. The exhibits were brilliant and all four children with us aged 4 6 8 and 10 enjoyed it immensely. All the staff... More

We took our eight month old and she loved it! We arrived just after ten on a sunny Saturday and it was pretty quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our only complaints are the lack of air con and the broken piano upstairs. Will definitely return as she gets older.

We had a delicious bar b q outside and the food was plenty with a great choice if salads and lots of meat and veggy choices none if your standard burgers etc. The venue had also provided a bottle bar for the evening . The adults... More

Visited here during (English) Half Term week, but the Welsh school were still in school. Easy to find, with parking not too far away - (but not cheep parking). Entry was easy and simple, we were given an armband to wear so we could come in and out if we wanted to. Good facilities, we even go shown to a... More

I went there for a day trip and my family thought it was amazing. My sons the thought that the water experiments were the best part, but I thought that the best part was the probability experiment. A great day out for a family.

We visited Techniquest on a Saturday with two girls aged 5 and 7. The building is light and airy to walk into. We bought a family ticket as well as tickets to visit the various lectures. The children ran about playing with all the different puzzles and exhibits set out for them. There was plenty to do despite the number... More

Loads for the kids to do and play with.BUT on our visit a lot of the hands on items were broken and there was a problem with a major water leak. For what we paid it wasnt worth it.
