This 'Ghost Walk' was a real hoot - we went in the winter so it was cold and very dark which I imagine is the best time to go. Very interesting and engaging, not sure how much of the storytelling was based on fact, but it didn't matter - recommend this to anybody visiting Cardiff or even Cardiff residents!

I recently booked this as I was back as I was back in my home city with my teenage son, while meeting up with friends also visiting Cardiff. We have tried a couple of times to try and do the walk, it was either full or dates didn't work. So with two teenagers who happened to mention a few dozen... More

This walk was a great night out. Ending in an old cemetery in the dark made for a spooky experience where your mind and eyes definitely start playing tricks on you! The two guys running the walk were awesome in the way that they shared the stories of the past. The Llandaff cathedral is beautiful to see at night too!... More

I went on the ghost walk with my daughter who is 16 and my son who is 14, trying to get my son enthusiastic about anything other than his x box is a feat in itself. The 2 guides that took us around were brilliant, building up the atmosphere, we were jumping at the slightest noise. Both of the kids... More

I booked this walk for my partners birthday, to finish off a weekend of celebrations. We did the walk with two friends and all enjoyed ourselves. We went into it without reading too much online, so I won't give much away here but it was a something very different! Worth doing!!! It lasted just under two hours and by the... More

They should tone down the ghost sightings on the website because my kids got there with very high expectations of at least seeing mist or something, so were disappointed when we saw absolutely nothing. The website also says that it is a "15 min bus ride from the city centre" which I took to mean that we get on a... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the experience, even if you didn't experience anything paranormal. The website does make it clear, I think, that this is about stories and not about spotting ghosts, because I cannot arrange for the ghosts to appear unfortunately - if only I could! Nevertheless, I... More

When my friend and I realised it was going to be a full moon on a Friday the 13th we decided we wanted to do something different and spooky. We found the Llandaff walk online and thought we would try it out. We both enjoyed ourselves a lot and definitely experienced things that neither of us could fully explain. The... More

Hi Sophie Thanks so much for a super review. I am heartened to see that you enjoyed the tour both times you joined it, as each one was led by a different guide bringing a different approach. I hope to see you on another tour soon (and, hush hush, don't let on but I hope to be announcing a brand... More

We went on the full moon Llandaf ghost walk which started at 11.00pm and in true welsh form it was raining, this did not spoil the atmosphere though as we were made aware that water can help enable paranormal activity. We walked through the Cathedral grounds and surrounding areas, stopping every once in a while listenening to the ghost stories,... More

Dear Rhiannon, thank you so much for your great review. I'm glad you had such a good atmospheric and spooky time, even if the moon only made a brief appearance in the graveyard! If you found Llandaff spooky I am confident that you will love Margam! See you there in November! Jim Cowan More
