Mr Daughter just turned 8 so we needed a party that wasn't too "babyish" but still fun, Boulders Cardiff fitted the bill perfectly! Boulders is very good indoor climbing centre, not the cheapest i've ever climbed in but it is the only one in cardiff. If you dont' have a climbing buddy, come down on friday night for ladies night with Mike from 6.30, you wont regret it!

My three children all visited when they were primary school age. Now that they are teenagers, there is less of an attraction - or least, that's what I thought - then the youngest got to go on a course through his school. There are clubs on evenings and weekends - and I can't help thinking that some of the skills... More

Wonderful chilled atmosphere for climbers of all ages and abilities. It can get very busy in the evenings so you may have to wait in the bouldering area for a free wall (but that allows your arms to recover!) Very friendly staff and lovely little cafe with good coffee and cake!

We were in a group of just 6 with 1 instructor (Jason) Jason explained everything really well and gave us all the confidence and encouragement we needed to reach... More
