It has a well stocked bar and provides simple yet satisfying bar meals. Visitors are most welcome and we also provide facilities for meetings, parties and wakes. The course is short in modern terms but provides a true test for all golfing abilities. The course is easy walking and free flowing. Ideal for a quick round whilst enjoying a break in the Bridgend area. « less

I note that all bar one of these reviews is by someone from Wales or a member so I thought I would add my views. Having just returned from a week in Wales with my husband and another couple (men playing golf) we went to Coed-Y-Mwstwr club on the last day. We were made to feel very welcome right from... More

There are several reviews of the golf club which actually relate to the hotel of the same name which is close by but has no direct connection with the club. Always a friendly welcome to visitors. Testing course, not short and tight in places especially throughout front 9 ( mainly new undulating holes ). Warm welcome in clubhouse with reasonably priced bar meals. Always worth a visit.

A challenging parkland course. Open all year round course drains well and is very seldom closed during the winter unlike some nearby courses. The staff are really friendly and the club house is nice and staff very welcoming. Please do not confuse this with the Coed-Y-Mwstwr Hotel.

Attended a friends birthday party here. The staff were really friendly and the club house was nice The other half played golf and told me the course was good and a challenge. The only recomendation I have is that they could do with a covered smoking area.

Been a member for 6 years a beautiful course, challenging first 6 holes. Food is excellent and staff are very welcoming. Ideal for a society day out. Can't recommend it enough but try for yourself.
