Needs a lot of work , displays of some interesting vehicles need improvement - looks as though a garage workshop closed 50 years ago and someone has just found the key !.

Visited on Sunday afternoon earlier in the month and we liked what we saw when we visited. Its a typical enthusiasts musuem and is a little rough around the edges but this added to the rustic feel for us. The cars are in a central room and there are some good models in there. My father and my husband enjoyed... More

We had heard about the museum at a local motoring event and decided to pop in when we were next in the area. We drove about an hour out of our way, hoping to show or little one some of the old cars. We pulled in to a completely empty car park, which we found strange as it was at... More

This is a bit of a bizarre place - the main "reception" is a restaurant/bar area that has seen better days which has various displays of toy/model cars, magazines and paraphernalia. After buying a ticket you head towards some more display cabinets choc full of model cars which aren't lit and have various items in front so hard to get... More

A small museum but nevertheless worth a visit. A very friendly place. There are some interesting cars and other memorabilia. £3.50 entrance fee was very reasonable. Small café where we were served a very nice coffee.

Some interesting old cars, being nearly 70 I have owned several examples of the cars on display. The museum is a long way from being well presented when compared with other private collections I have seen. When I visited over a bank holiday weekend the place was deserted except for the lady taking the entrance money. I was intrigued to... More

You don't need more than an hour for this visit, but it will bring back memories if you were born in 1970 or before. There are interesting old cars, & other memorabilia like silver cross prams & old signs from garages. The staff are friendly & gave us tips on where to visit next. There is a cafe with refreshments.

The museum contains some gems but is untidy and scruffy with lost of unrestored junk stored around the place. There were a number of description boards for items that were not there, and the signs were badly placed so unless you knew something about cars you couldn't easily relate them to the right exhibit. Expensive at £3.50 each for something... More

Great little museum which shows a mans passion for motor vehicles of all sorts. Not a huge collection & don't expect to be there all day. A really interesting couple of hours.

As a couple of 'petrol heads' we had to make a visit. Took all of half an hour and that was going around twice! The lighting was non existent, the displays were tired and some items were in very poor order. There was a cafe but as we were the only visitors we didn't bother, £3.50 each wasn't expensive but...
