7 of us arrived to be met by Tom at the base of the gorge. All equipment was provided and we kitted up and set off. The sights we saw were unreal, nothing you would experience unless you were Gorge walking. Professional, friendly staff- providing us with local knowledge and a thoroughly enjoyable day, we will be coming back in... More

A group of 5 novices have just had a great experience of gorge walking. We were taken out by Jamie to do Gorge 1 which gave us a really good insight to the experience. It was great to do something exhilarating and still appreciate the welsh countryside. Equipment was all provided and well worth the money knowing that you have... More

We had booked to go coasteering for the first time, but when we arrived and met Tim he thought the sea would be too rough so he took us Gorge walking instead (gorge 1)! You get soaking wet, freezing cold, laughed at and dunked! You will have the best time! Felt like kids again (in our forties), climbing rocks and... More

As a family of four, children aged 11 and 14, we had our own instructor for each activity. We tried kayaking, abseiling, gorge walking and coasteering. We found it challenging, out of our comfort zone, but we had a real sense of achievement and lots fun on the activities. Super instructors friendly, knowledgeable and did not make us jump in!

We went as a group of colleagues from Portsmouth. We were met by Tom, shown to a place to park and given full equipment. We were the. Led to the beginning and we did a range of a sailing, walking through rivers, jumping off rocks and swimming. Tom was very good, he kept an eye out for everyone the whole... More

Excellent and fun filled gorge walking experience with NWA, followed by some abseiling. Great hosts that made it a fabulous experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Went as a group of friends and carried out gorge walking and abseiling. In terms of gorge walking although it was ranked as gorge 1 it was certainly a fun filled activity with plenty of thrills and adventures. The instructors were warm and welcoming and motivated the group to do their best. Abseiling was great too where Tom and Cath... More

Went Gorge walking and abseiling with some friends. It was amazing and I loved it. Special thanks to the instructors Tom, Catherine and Rich who were brilliant. Very welcoming and friendly. We did abseiling after the gorge walk which was also great fun. Tom and Cat were very helpful throughout the day and made sure everyone had a good time.... More

We had a great time gorge walking with North Wales Active. The gorge walking was challenging but achievable. Our instructor explained things clearly and was motivating. We all had so much fun and can't wait for next time!!
