Easily accessible tower, free and with knowledgeable staff to guide your viewing. Binoculars and telescopes to use and a place for children to play for a short time whilst parents/grandparents view the porpoise or Choughs - lovely

A visit to Ellins tower was the reason we joined the R.S.P.B.....the staff there are so friendly and informative, nothing is too much trouble, and they will look up anything for you. The views at South Stack are superb, you must give it a try.

Ellin's Tower is a must for Anglesey visitors. The RSPB have really done a good job here - telescopes and CCTV to enjoy, along with help from the friendliest of staff and volunteers. What a brilliant way to inspire the next generation to enjoy and support our wildlife. Sadly, it would be impossible to give wheelchair access to the tower,... More

The kids loved seeing all the birds from this tower, staff are very knowledgable and helpful. Park in the RSPB cafe if you want a short walk.

A short walk from a couple of free car parks (easy, but longer walk from the first one), the tower contains telescopes and tv screens where you can view the birds nesting on the cliffs. Knowledgeable staff inside to answer any questions.

To visit this place, but inside you will find some TV sets with cameras pointing onto the cliffs plus some Svarovsky and (I guess) Nicon lunettes which you can use. Overall it will take around 5-10 minutes to visit it if you only pass it by

An excellent place to see a wide variety of birds. We saw Puffins, Fulmers, a roosting Peregrine Falcon and a variety of gulls. Very enthusiastic RSPB staff and members of the public. Well worth a visit, especially with the RSPB cafe next to it serving good food and coffee.

The staff were very informative about which birds were on the cliff and how long they had been there and let us use their binoculars and telescopes to view them.

This place has a free car park which is 500yards from the tower, you can walk on the path or go around the rocky coastline to see all the cliffs etc. In the tower there is a camera that has a view of the nesting birds in the cliffs. You can buy tourist things and there is a member of... More

This is situated below south stack and offers great views of the cliffs, sea, wildlife and the lighthouse. A good viewing point, especially if you can not walk to south stack itself.
