A great selection of trails for every type of rider- we took the Minotaur trail (blue). I would of given this a 5/5 but part of the course was diverted due to logging from the forestry commission. There is also different routes for walkers so as a walker you know you won't get mown down! The cafe is great for... More

Excellent trail centre. Good facilities and a good range of trails. We were in North Wales for a week and this wad the best trail centre (though Cli-Max was the best run we did). More

Coed y Brenin has come a long way since the last review was posted. Go-Ape have set up shop just by the Visitor Centre, New Mountain-bike trails have been added, which has left some old tracks that have been incorporated into the newly created walking trails - cross from one valley to the other, from river to river . The Forestry Commission has invested a lot in promoting this forest park for mountain bikers and many of the facilities are geared towards that target audience. That's fine if you are one of that target market but very very alienating if you are a hapless non-cycling member of the public looking for a walk and some refreshment at the visitor... More

WE had 2 wonderful trips to cyb this week - the facilities are fantastic + the scenery breathtaking. The cafe is good + the walks, bike trips excellent. We took part in the den making in the woods which we loved. More
