The exhibitions were really interesting and gave a good insight into life on the 'inside' all those years ago. The voiceovers in the various rooms gave lots of fascinating info. great gaol good day out for all the family Ive been a couple of times with disabled clients really good day out although only about 20 percent of the gaol is open to the public its still worth a visit cheap entrance fee and if your a carer you usually get in free ! you get audio headphones that tell... when we visited it was open doors day so free to get in, but normally you have to pay £3.50 for adults. you start at the bottom level of the prison, you have access to all the cells with lots of stuff for kids do like dressing up as inmates. after this you move to hte upper level of which... More
