Quiet days by the beach

Beautiful beach. Rather quiet since we had some cold days. Had time to visit the airport close to the beach. Worth a visit with a museeum and café.

The park and surrounding areas are beautifully clean and well looked after, could not fault this. The accommodation we stayed in was spotlessly clean also, and was like a home from home. However, the park was very quiet, and in our view, not very family friendly. We felt we were watched 'like hawks' by some of the older residents staying... More

The caravan park is ideally situated close to the sea front, it boasts a club, play area and heated swimming pool. It is well maintained, staff always busy keeping it looking good. The toilets need upgrading, they are a bit dated but cleaned regularly. My main issue with the site is ..... 'maintaining standards', the site issue general rules to... More

great views of The Eifl Mountains while sitting on the bench, nice walks on the front of the beach, you can also walk on the hills and there is a playground for the kids

This is a beautiful place but slightly unloved and in need of a bit of TLC. Lovely walks and free parking, not many places to eat. The Surfer chippy is good but limited if you don't want fried food!

Wonderful place to sit and feel the wind in your face and enjoy the sense of space - especially if you go beyond the cafes.

Amazing views from the sea to the mountains. It was a hot day, people were in the sea and walked along with an ice cream, lovely day

Walk along the seafront from one end to the other, or if you want a longer walk....keep going at either end! Amazing views of the coasline, Anglesey and the moutains. On the downside....there is only one lot of public toilets but they are clean. Good, safe children's play park and a few cafes and shops.

Another gem of a beach in North Wales. Peaceful and relaxing. Spent 2 hours discovering the area and then on to the local airfield

Great Beach, great fish & chips and a separate area for dogs. There are also a few eateries along the promenade including an indian restaurant and a couple of gift shops.
