We often go on city walking tours when we're visiting somewhere new and the quality can vary hugely. This one was excellent - our guide was really enthusiastic and keen to share his interest in the city. We had booked ahead and when we arrived it turned out that the only people on the tour was our family (mum, dad... More

I booked a Wartime Worcester tour with Paul for today, to help me with my master's dissertation. He arrived early, and was really easy to get on with. The tour was fantastic. Paul is incredibly knowledgable, and was easy to listen to. He could answer any question I had, and took the time to make sure I had full understanding... More

Paul Harding's 'Tour of Worcester' was areal insight into this marvellous City of Worcester. This was my first time there and I simply could not have chosen a better way to understand and interact and appreciate this city than with Discover History. I know that Paul cannot respond to this. Yet I would like to assure him of my sincere... More

My partner booked The Secrets of the Old Town Tour for his parents and me. We met Paul and Helen outside The Guildhall on a Saturday afternoon. We soon found out that Paul was an extremely knowledgeable guide about Worcester and also very passionate about history in general. Paul had an excellent way of imparting his knowledge with humour and... More

We tried the mobile number given to book, but no answer. But my call was returned and booking was easy. I guess you could do it by text also. Met at the Guildhall and introduced to our guide who was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and a good clear speaking voice. It was just the two of us and we had a... More

On arrival in Worchester we were booked on to the tour, the guide was so friendly, very clear voice and so knowledgeable able to answer any questions. He made the tour very enjoyable, it gives an over view of the city enabling you to return and see things in more detail.

£5 per person (no minimum number) 80 minute tour approx. Absolutely brilliant. Gives a real insight into Worcester's past from the eqarliest settlers to present day. Great for orientation. Worth every penny.

Wanted to give a my friend, a first time visitor to Worcester an overview of my beautiful city and couldn't have picked a better company to do that and more. I have an interest for local history, but it pales with the knowledge and passion Paul has for Worcester. Firstly £5 per person is a small amount for what became... More

We booked the guided walk for my son's 10th birthday. I wondered how he would keep their attention for 90 minutes, but all the children were engrossed in Paul's stories and his passion for the history of Worcester. We have lived here many years but saw the city in a new way and learned some very interesting facts, too!

Paul was excellent and very knowledgeable. It was a great tour and easily the best part of our weekend break in terms of sightseeing. He showed us all around, adapted the tour to our requirements, answered every question and really brought the city to life. I wish we had done this at the start as we would then have known... More
