A delight for those of us who love looking at beautiful porcelain. Plenty to see. A feast for the eyes. Would love to do again. Note: no cafe on site, but Cathedral Cafe not far down road. Shop is a big temptation. Well worth the low entry fee. Enjoy.

So much to see in this wonderful museum. Plenty of activities for children and the disabled access is very good. Staff are welcoming and there was a demonstration from a retired Worcester Porcelain craftsman while we were there.

If you enjoy looking at beautiful objects, appreciating fine art and marveling at craftmanship then this is the museum for you. There is also plenty of information available to read and listen to on the audio guides that all visitors are given. Although there is some information and exhibits about the process, this museum is really about the finished product.... More

Due to the Worcester festival we visited on a day when the entrance fee was free, which I was glad about. It was very nice to see all the pottery but I wouldn't pay to go in here, not worth it I'm afraid.

Museum charges an entry of £6.50 which I didn't even consider paying. The atmosphere felt starchy and the porcelain was not to my taste

Excellent tour, we'll worth taking the time. Excellent collection. Great to meet a Master Engraver whilst I was there, who has stayed on as a volunteer

Good value if you are interested in pottery, plenty to see and lots to learn. Its a shame there isn't a working factory to visit any more as the practical demonstrations are usually a highlight of visits to places like this.

Had a wonderful morning here, excellent displays and a really interesting audio guide. Only had 2 hours free, but would love to have stayed longer.
