Take an audio tour, in short pieces this tells you what you are looking at and talks you through the history of Royal Worcester, the only company to have a Royal Warrant without a break..

Be amazed at the variety of porcelain to be seen and the history of such a well known name. Please allow plenty of time and make sure you take the free audio tour as it really adds to your visit.

To start with we were enjoying our audio tour but after the first 10 display cases it all became very boring. We were obviously expecting to look at lots of pots but felt it was lacking in the story telling. would of liked some demonstration of creating or painting the pots. It was quite expensive for what it was. The... More

Situated near town centre. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Stunning displays of Royal Worcester and its history and a film.. Tour takes about 1 hour. Perhaps not a lot to interest children.

Well laid out museum covering the history and development of royal Worcester. Old but charming film. Audio guide very useful to complement the displays. At £6 a reasonable price . Wonderful prices of porcelain and explanations of how they were made. Easy parking and not busy on the bank holiday. Very helpful staff.

It`s fantastic, it`s amazing to see the masterpieces, the pity is that the main factory is under administration since 2008, I really hope it will be open again soon.

Visited this museum on Bank Holiday Monday, it is fantastic. Staff were so helpful and pleasant this added to the experience. The museum is set out in such a way to get the very best from the porcelain, and tells the story so well. I loved the fact that he blinds matched the beautiful items on display. The video filled... The displays are lovely and well laid out. A lovely gentleman was doing some gold work and explained patiently what he was doing. The museum was smaller than I expected however and quite expensive. I was hoping to see more of the old works and maybe have a demonstration.

Well presented museum with great Audio guides. Our party was warmly welcomed. We were given a short talk about the history of the site.

The museum was quite nice but smaller than I thought and I thought it was a bit expensive to get in. Interesting though.
