We were the first customers on a Saturday in August, spent a wonderful couple of hours looking at the two floors of fantastic porcelain. Such a pity that the factory has been closed and that Royal Worcester is now made overseas!

This museum is a delight if pottery is your thing. It took us nearly 3 hours to complete. The audio tour is a must. Cabinets full of the most exquisite china detailing the history of porcelain and bone china manufacturing in Worcester. The vintage pieces for sale are stunning. You couldn't leave without a piece of vintage china. Well worth... More

This is a lovely museum. You start in the gift shop (Second Hands) and go through the Georgian collection and up lifts and stairs to the Victorian Gallery and then down again to the Gift Shop. Went on a Thursday morning - perhaps 12 people there. Got a free audio set for our £5.00 entrance fee. Display cases are packed... More

Quite interesting, but not totally captivating. Spent a pleasant hour there though and purchased something nice to remember it by.

Well worth visiting if you have an interest in viewing pottery and ceramics. I would like to have seen a live display of one of the processes such as painting. Disappointing there is no refreshment facility for the casual visitor.

For the admission you get an audio tour thrown in. Allow at least an hour and a half for your visit - the largest collection of Worcester anywhere, from the earliest pieces to the present day. Great shop with large selection of Worcester porcelain (including antique pieces) as well as books. A great morning out.

As a lover of Worcester Porcelain I was looking forward to my visit. The Receptionist was very helpful and gave us both an audio guide which was excellent. There was a painter demonstrating his craft which was amazing. The exhibits were gorgeous and well presented. It is a lot to take in all in one visit if you are an... More

This is a really interesting museum and completely disabled friendly. The staff are helpful and the audio guide is excellent. Allow a couple of hours at least. The only problem is that they have no cafe. We had decided to have lunch there like we did at the Wedgewood museum so by the time we left we were famished. There... More

I visited with my disabled mother and we were made most welcome despite having baggage that was stowed for us and a folding wheelchair- there was no sense that we were in the way, even with an ex-factory get together that day, and it was an unexppected delight to meet one of the Antiques Roadshow team. All the displays with... More

The Museum/shop staff are very friendly and helpful about the history and story of the porcelain. Particularly liked the audio guide given to you as allowed you to decide what you wanted information about and could get extra anecdotes if you wanted. The workmanship of items on show was fantastic - painters were artists in own right. Some pieces took... More
