My family and myself come to the Regal cinema when there is a popular film out that we all want to see; we came to see The Theory Of Everything recently. We sat in the circle upstairs. The seats are comfortable, and all have great view of the screen. The service was friendly and inviting, and really contributed to the... More

What a fantastic cinema! I cannot think of another to rival it. The seats of plush velvet are extremely comfortable - they swivel around tables if you are downstairs and are in rows or in pairs (love seats) upstairs. The leg room upstairs is unbelievable and nobody has to move to let somebody pass. I love being able to order... More

I love this cinema, it's so beautiful. We book the love seats upstairs - so comfortable. You have a table for your drinks and snacks. The building is so beautifully restored and very comfortable. We have been here to see movies and to a live show. Staff always friendly. Maybe need more bar staff on for busy shows, as there... More

Great experience. Lots of retro but don't be fooled. It's not a retro screen and sound. Latest technology employed. Try the lower stalls. Tables and cinema style seats which swivel. Order drinks and food at the table (by txt during the performance). Would be helpful tho if the staff kept an eye or ear out for the phone. I had... More

If I start by telling you that the last time I visited a cinema was in the 1980's to see the original Batman movie and only then because my company advertised in the P&D type sequence which preceded the film and I got two free tickets a week, which more often that not I gave away to clients, you will... It was brilliant so much fun and very different to a normal cinema worth my while only issue was the fact it was quite pricey for refreshments but apart from that it was great fun and the experience was brilliant!

Is it a cafe, a restaurant, a bar or a lounge or is it a cinema?Well...all of these. Dining downstairs with comfortable seating and sofa seats upstairs or spacious single seats with fantastic leg room. Calls go out for "who wants ice cream, put your hand up" and service to your seat " do text us with an order" and... More
