This was our second visit to the tower and although the weather was damp and misty we drove up as we were passing . Given the weather we did not climb the tower but were given an interesting tout of a nuclear bunker in the next field to the tower

Did a circular walk from Broadway village up to the Tower and back; was quite a slog going up the hill, but it was worth it. There are great views from the top of the tower but by the time we got there the weather was quite dull and so not the best. On a sunny day it must be... More

Visit Broadway Tower for amazing views across the valley. It's a little expensive with car parking £2 and entry to the Tower £5 per adult but it's worth it!

Fab view from the top, lots of nice historical information and a nuclear bunker too. Take a picnic, well worth a visit.

We visited here at the end of a busy day's travelling. It's free to walk up to and around the tower but there is a charge to go to the top. The tower and the amazing views around it are stunning.

We visited here with the intention of going up the tower but then saw the Nuclear Bunker was open and opted to look at that instead. My husband is particulary interested in 'Cold War Architecture' but I'm not a big fan. However the man doing the tour was very informative and made it interesting. He gave us a potted history... Interesting displays on civil defence, including a film on how the UK would cope in the event of a nuclear war! I think there are also some underground rooms, which we did not visit. Nice walk from Broadway (little bit steep in places) or a very short walk from a car park nearby.

On a clear day, you can see for miles, so well worth a visit. Lovely place to stop to have a picnic. Alternatively, there is a lovely coffee shop available on site. Broadway tower is well worth a visit, although not suitable for those with mobility difficulties as lots of stairs to climb. Once you reach the top turret, there... More
