We hired a boat for a charity even on the 20th May 2015. It was a wonderful experience for all of us - 90 in total. The staff was very polite, helpful and confident. The food was excellent and plentiful. We will certainly hire a boat for our future event. Thank you to all at French Brothers for making our... More

I took a group of four wheelchair users on the short 45 min trip from Runneymede. We went on a paddle boat and everyone enjoyed the views of a more rural part of the river. We found the staff very helpful and assisted us to board and disembark. One aspect we think needs looking at is the fact that Carers... More

I've done this Windsor boat-trip a few times, and almost always have a nice time. At 40 minutes it's about the right length and the views are very pleasant. Other reviews have criticised the staff, but I've always found them to be polite and helpful. However, the recorded VoiceOver has a monotonous voice and the information is frankly a little... More

I took 60 International Business Delegates on a trip towards Henley from Marlow in May 2015. We had an exceptional time. The staff, including the Captain were so accommodating, helpful and friendly which made all the difference. The boat itself was of course lovely and the engine room man was more than happy to share his knowledge with anyone who... More

A most enjoyable 40 min trip along the Thames. The commentary pointed out places of interest & gave some background information. I even saw a Kingfisher fly by!

Four of us booked a return trip from Runnymede to Windsor on 13th May which happened to be the first day of the Royal Windsor Horse Show. We travelled on the Lady Margaret Ann and, as well as the river, the birds, the vegetation and the locks, we saw the horse drawn carriages and the ponies and the riders practising... More

We booked the New Queen of the Thames as part of our daughter's wedding celebrations. The boat has been newly refurbished (2015) and the interior decor is fantastic with new carpets and seating. Most important, the boat was exactly where they said it would be, at the confirmed time, ready for our guests to board, which can be understandably tricky... More

We went on the boat trip whilst visiting Windsor for the day and am glad we did. Chose the 40 minute option as we were a little pushed for time, the price is reasonable at £7. The staff were very friendly and the boat has lots of seating, we all managed to get window seats! A member of staff takes... More

Where do I start? What an amazing afternoon - 2hr cruise with a cream tea well worth the money, a bar is also available on the boat, which sells teas, coffees and a few snacks. Cream teas have to be booked in advance The whole trip was very informative, with a running commentary pointing out various landmarks and history about... More
