This cinema is in a historic building and of course one would expect some age to show but the fixtures and fittings are modern and there is no excuse for the state they were in. Screen 4 had graffiti on the backs of chairs. At least one chair did not have a back. The floor carpet was sticky to walk... More

Showed up to watch unfriended 20 minutes after the advertised start time as I have done many times with other films over the last 25 years with no problems. Was told at the door that they can't let anyone into the cinema after the advertised start time. This must be a new policy. Glad it doesn't happen at Vue!

I love the cinema. No matter which one i go to. This one was awesome though, the structure was victorian, it felt like watching a film in a museum. The building was so interesting. when i visit salisbury i will go again.

This Odeon is very old, it can be freezing in the winter, boiling in the summer, it is over priced (all Odeon's are in my opinion) but it is a lovely venue, old beams and the staff are friendly, I enjoy an afternoon there, my son loved watching the Shaun the Sheep movie there, enjoy!!

Visited this cinema for the first time during half term with my children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely historic building. Seats were comfortable. I cannot comment on the food and drink as we didn't purchase any. We did find the sound a little loud and it did get quite cool. Overall it was a good venue.

I didn't mind paying more than I would normally pay to visit such a lovely old building. BUT having to choose a seat is terribly old fashioned and simply allows those that have booked all the bed seats to turn up late and disrupt everyone frankly! Popcorn was old and the hot chocolate was brown water. That and the cinema... More

Customer service was superb and love the old historic building! Drinks and snacks were obviously expensive, but this is the same for all cinemas

The entrance hall incorporates a beautiful Medieval hall, which is worth a look even if you don't go to see a film. In fact, I'd recommend seeing films elsewhere. The screen we went in was obviously originally a stage judging by the rooms layout, but now it just causes TERRIBLE acoustics. I could barely make out what was being said... More

Definitely an unconventional cinema! Historical and loved the architecture. If you're the type of person that has to have the latest and fancy tech, all around sound and super high definition then this might not be for you, however if you're like me and are more for the experience and to try something new and unique then this is probably...
