My friend and I visited the Spa yesterday for a pre-wedding pamper, which included us having some treatments in the adjoining Cream beauty rooms. The staff were all friendly and made us feel so welcome. We both agreed that the treatments were probably the best we had ever experienced at any spa (we had facials in the Spa, and a... More

I came to this spa last week. My first impression was it looked well maintained as i approached reception but felt who looked like the manager was quite patronising. I was pretty disappointed when I had the tour it looked like it needed a new decor it looked not very well maintained as shown on the website images. I received... More

I was seriously unimpressed. I'd go as far as to say this is probably the worst 'spa' I have been to. Staff keep you hanging around & are really late starting treatments. The rooms were so cold I had cramp in my toes. They only provide you with the small blow heaters. It took my therapist about 20 mins to... More

I went to Waterfall Spa last week for a chilled out girly day. I was not let down. It was great to unwind! Spa was very clean and modern and has a lovely relaxation area that I snuggled up in with my book. I felt comfortable and the staff made me feel very welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed myself!

My boyfriend bought me a day at Waterfall Spa as a birthday Treat. It was the first time I had ever been to a spa so I was very excited and unsure of which treatments to get. I picked a hot stone massage & Elemis facial treatment. The staff are all so helpful and the treatments felt amazing. My face... More

I came along to the spa for a Deep tissue Massage treatment. Hands down it was the best massage I’ve ever had. My back felt instantly better and the knots in my shoulders disappeared! I exercise a lot and often my muscles can get painful and sore and this was just what I needed!

It was just what I needed to de-stress and unwind. The pool area was great and the mud room was amazing... More

I visited the spa with a friend for the full day, from start to finish we were made to feel very welcome. It was very clean and relaxing with lots of spare towels and staff replacing your wet towel all day. The lunch was lovely and the offer of a bowl of fruit on arrival was a lovely touch! We... More

The minute I walked inside waterfall spa everything looked luxurious, from the decor, lighting and facilities. The spa looks intimate .It felt amazingly lush when us ladies were in the hydro-pool. The mud chamber and sauna were refreshing , and the sleep re-treat felt relaxful. Everthing felt perfect until we went into the steam, which felt as if we were outside in... More

Just returned from celebrating my 40th with two friends at the Waterfall Spa and had a fabulous time. Particularly loved the mud room, something I have never seen before and it was great to feel that your skin was getting a treatment rather than just another version of a steam room which most spas seem to do these days. The... More
