I got there just before closing so I was wondering around alone. It was very tropical and if you have warm clothes you will probably en up sweaty. I don't remember the price but It was something 'symbolic' like few quid. I really liked the fact that butterflies and birds were flying loose. And if you're fan of meerkats, those... More

This is a must for children of all ages. I started taking my girls here too many years ago to remember and now I'm taking my great nephews and nieces. There's something for everyone with the various habitats ranging from the tropical through to the nocturnal. The shop is well stocked and there's a café nearby serving great food.

This is a must if you are in the Roundhay area of Leeds. I have been many times with my young daughter, she loves it. Butterflys, fish, bats, meerkats, insects, snakes etc.. Give it a try, I'm sure almost everyone will enjoy it.

There is a wide variety of exhibits ranging from fish, bats, meerkats, lizzards, crocodiles etc. The butterfly house has some fantastic varieties and the bird house is just as good. Tropical World is owned... More
