What's not to like at this venue? You can eat well and enjoy art at the same time. Filling in words now to meet tripadvisor's character limits

You know when you book a Northern Broadsides show its going to be a great experience and this time it was considerably enhanced by the auditorium of the Quarry Theatre. There's a good view of the stage from every row and almost every seat - the end dozen or so seats on each row may be somewhat less desirable. So... More

Brilliant modern theatre. Good mix of new and traditional plays and events, the latest one being Northern Broadsides' production of An August Bank Holiday Outing set round the time of the first World War, entertaining and moving! Lots of community activities, such as HeyDays for the over 55s, running through the daytimes. Staff throughout the theatre itself are generally helpful... More

Been here quite a few times and enjoyed every visit. The theatres themselves are very modern, comfortable and with good views from everywhere in the auditorium. The plays I've seen here have always been very entertaining Highly recommended, especially against some of the drab and old fashioned theatres available.

Been here a couple of times in the past year and had a lovely experience on both occasions, really should visit more often. Theatre well set out would get a spot on view from any position sat in. Friendly staff and quick service at box office. Only problem this time was we had a bit of a parking nightmare as... More

Although I've put one date in, I go often, and enjoy the venue, the productions and everything about it. Go there!

Very good and thought provoking. although originally written in the early 1900's and re-written to reflect the youth of today this play stands the test of time, dealing with the curiosity of youth the seriousness of teanage life, fears hopes and struggles to communicate and dispare. Funny, often dark but very moving.

We watched Denise van outen in her 1 woman show and it was fantastic. The theatre is well laid out and it doesn't matter really where you sit as there is always a good view.
