Leeds has a staggering amount of superb architecture and this is a great example of why you should always take time to look up while enjoying the high-levels of retail therapy that this city brings.
we had drinks and a snack. Very nice relaxing place to visit, some really good little shops that are not 'the norm'! well worth a visit.
Fantastic everywhere you look, it's like a trip back in time and shows great detail in the building.
With the new Trinity centre this is a taste of the past and its just great, step back in time.
Specialist shops and great little coffee and tea stops as well.

Delicious Hot Food and Coffee BUT I was sorry I didn't pick the high tea sampler.. I had menu envy.. Exceptional staff and service.
If you love Victoriana as I do, you will be thrilled with this and all the other arcades in Leeds. They are all worth a visit and a camera is a must.
Very old arcade, circa 1877, containing a number of interesting independent shops. Stunning glass roof, and a very old ornate clock.
The arcade is really beautiful and I enjoyed walking around. Some of the shops are quite pricey but you feel like you escaped into a different time. Would definitely recommend going there and having a coffee in one of the cafeterias ;)
Nothing soothes a hectic day like indulging in a well made coffee. I visited the arcade whilst shopping for a special someone, and i cannot recommended highly enough. A great location, easy to find, and the perfect setting for retail therapy.
Historic ceiling decor compliments the shops which line the arcade. Go at mid-day to see the clock striking.
