This was a must after going to the Bronte Parsonage. I so wanted to see Bramwells chair, so curiosity was satisfied! I decided to have a late breakfast instead of lunch so I had more time to look round this beautiful village. I had a seat near a window overlooking the street, and had a coffee and sausage sandwich, and... More

Visited on a stop off while using the railway. Great place for lunch. Very busy when we arrived and we're told 15 minutes till a table is ready. Got a drink while we waited and we're kept informed by the staff. Very efficient and only waited 10 to 15 minutes. I had a beef sandwich which was very good, made... More

We went to Haworth today. Looked around the village, went in some shops, visited the old parsonage. Then we had lunch at the Black Bull. The staff were helpful, chatty and polite. The food was really good, and not overly expensive either. Unreservedly recommended.

This place is a real gem, lovely food lovely people and a brilliant choice of drinks. You won't be disappointed if you go in to the black bull!! Always plenty going on! Different bands a few times a week, the place is buzzing all weekend but even through the week it's busy and a great choice

Adults and kids alike loved both a lunch and a dinner here during our stay in Haworth. The owner and staff were extremely warm and welcoming, and the menu provided delicious pub fare and child options that were joyfully devoured by all. The Bronte fans in the party imagined Branwell watching out the window for his father and escaping out... More

A very welcoming atmospheric old English pub. The Sunday roast was very nice and a good portion, the waitresses were attentive but unobtrusive.

As you get into the main street of Haworth, The Black Bull stands testimony to the times Brontee brother (Branwell) who dies an alcoholic frequenting this pub...However, the day we went there was eveyone enjoying a pint and singing old favourites with some locals...
