was pleasantly surprised by the array of ice-cream and animals. however i saw multiple children chasing/trying to kick the chickens and one small boy climbed the tree over the goat enclosure and he was shaking a large stick at the goats. I feel as though somebody should supervise the animals a little better however i would return as i understand... More

Bear in mind that this is an ice cream parlour, not a café/tea-room, so if you're expecting anything approaching a substantial lunch menu then you'll be out of luck If, on the other hand, you're happy with a coffee and an ice-cream, and especially if you've got a car load of kids who deserve a treat, then this is probably... This is a little cafe which serves hot drinks and ice cream, There are also a few animals to look at. On sunny days it can get very busy but the ice cream is worth the wait. Hokey Pokey ice cream highly recommended.

This is not a glam place, it has a basic tea room but they make the most amazing ice cream. If you get there at the right time, you can see it being made. It is a family run business and the staff are very friendly and down to earth. The animals outside are good to keep the kids entertained... More

We visited on an overcast Saturday. Positives: Ice cream is great and reasonably priced. Access to the animals was free. There are; pony's, donkeys, pigs, sheep, goats, ducks and free roaming chickens. Their enclosures were a fair size. The animals seemed comfortable. Negatives: water containers could have been cleaner. They're old pots and pans. The handwash facilities are sinks in... More

Visited recently on a very hot day. Needless to say it was very busy, but the service is fast and efficient! Gorgeous ice cream, so many flavours to choose from, but we had Jaffa cake and cinder toffee, which were both lovely! will be returning soon to sample some more flavours

I love visiting this place, summer or winter. The many and varied flavors of ice cream are the nicest I've tasted. There is a lovely little tearoom/ice cream parlour where they also sell preserves to take home. It is a working farm so there are chickens wandering round the yard. There are farm animals for the children to look at.... More

We decided to have an icecream one sunny Saturday. The parlour was busy, but service was quite fast and the icecream was delicious. Our daughter wanted to look at the animals, and I have to say what I saw spoiled our visit. The ducks and geese were in an enclosure with water that was nothing more than grey sludge, one... More

Called there yesterday for an ice cream, but decided to have a coffee instead. £2.50 for a latte. The weather was good so we sat outside. There were plenty of people about and lots of small children enjoying to animals. We will go again to sample the homemade icecream. PS there was plenty of parking but make sure to avoid... More

We took our grandchildren here for a treat - we had a coffee and they had ice cream. They should do a mini size for toddlers as they are far too big and ended up throwing most of it away. Would be a lovely place to go but one thing lets it down - the customer service. The staff are... More
