I visited Midland Air Museum having seen good reviews for it. Unfortunately, this is one case where the reviews let me down. I was disappointed, and my partner got so bored she decided to just sit down and go to sleep whilst I finished looking around. The problem for me was that the museum didn't seem to make much effort... More

Nice place to spend a couple of hours with plenty of exhibits. Staff and guides very friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. If you like planes this is a grey place to go

My elderly Uncle and I visited the Museum on 11/08/2013. I found the outside area, where the majority of the planes are located, which my Uncle was very excited about, extremely difficult to access whilst pushing a wheelchair. The ground is grassed with very limited paving slabs, and has gravel pathways. I had to resort to turning his wheelchair round... More

You need a car to get here but when you arrive it is fab. Couple of hours in nostalgia from the past. Exhibits inside and outside. A little cafe for somewhere to eat. A must do when in Cov.

An entertaining day our for a low amount of money. I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially as you got to go inside some of the planes.

I visited the Aviation museum prior to a flight sim experience at www.flyfsm.co.uk and it passed the time perfectly. Lots of old and interesting aircraft to look at and climb aboard. The best bit for me was sitting in the cockpit of the old 'DHL' plane looking over all the dials whilst one of the guides kindly explained the history... More

A great way to spend, not necessarily a whole day, but a good portion of an extremely sunny day in Coventry. At first the sight of an old aircraft hangar may not be most pleasing to the eye, but soon enough you find it is a lot lot more than just an old hangar. A large collection of the most... More

My second visit this time with the kids. 4,7 and 11. Simply put where else can you craw into the cockpit of a Vulcan bomber? With Rob the best story teller and so gentle with the kids offbeat questions. While the flasher place have more planes you just can't get up Close and personal! Thanks guys.
